The name was misspelled. She didnt receive the rhe flowers. I paid a extra delivery fee. You should return the extra delivery fee.

There is a lot of white. Can you add more greenery or Iris in the front? With the substitutions, is it the same price?

Some what disappointed. What you did is pretty but what I ordered was beautiful. You used large flowers of some kind to fill in where roses were supposed to be. The arrangement looks smaller than what I payed for. Not enough roses and too many cheaper flowers.
