I love that I received a picture of what the flowers to be delivered looked like. I was also notified the minute it was delivered. Great service, takes all of the guess work and anxiety out of ordering flowers from a far!

Ordered these for my mother's birthday and she loved them! She mentioned that her co-workers kept complimenting the boutique all day. I did the option of Designer's Choice and LOVED the fact that they sent a photo to show me what they looked like. Website was so easy and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend!

The flowers are beautiful. They arrived before 12 which what I paid for. The only thing I'd add is I feel the delivery fee is obsessive. I've ordered flowers many times, for many years, from many different florists and even FTD services. If you are going to charge $30 for special time of delivery I think waiving the general delivery cost would be good customer service. Thank you for getting the arrangement there on time.
