Love the customer service, communication and sending a picture of the arrangement I purchased is BRILLIANT!!!! You always wonder if the flowers you had delivered look anything like the advertised picture.....and it's awkward to ask the person you sent them to. Only reason for a 4 instead of 5 stars.....I feel like all the color is on the outside of the arrangement and the center is less colorful.....but overall loved the experience

These folks are awesome. They straightened out a miscommunication on my end for a date of a funeral service. They sent a delivery confirmation and texted me a photo of of what was delivered. I've never had better service when ordering a plant for a funeral service. 5 stars from this guy
