Roses look like they won't last very long.

The flowers look lovely. However, I am disappointed in your overall customer service. I indicated this was for my mom's 85th birthday so would like for them to be delivered as early as they could be. I received a call stating to guarantee this I would have to pay an additional $15. After refusing to do that, you send a pic of the flowers at 8:43am but don't deliver them until 2:45pm. You obviously made your point about the $15 but have lost a repeat customer

The flowers were fine, i was disappointed in the grey pumpkin...

For $100 I expected the bouquet to be much fuller.

Flowers were hanging over and looked almost dead day of funeral

This is just "o.k." Since it was for my sister who had just been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer I was hoping that for the money I spent it would be wonderful. It wasn't designed - it was just stuck in a jar.

Well, that doesn't look as much like what I ordered

For the price, I actually expected it to be a bit larger with more high quality flowers. It was quite expensive! It's gorgeous nonetheless, but maybe not the best value for the size I selected and what I spent (almost $400 total). The wine is also not pictured here.

Hopefully it looks better in person than in the picture. To me it looks spindly. Something more compact might have been better. Some flowers appear to be drooping. Wish I could give it a better review but you asked for my opinion.

Really like the idea of seeing the arrangement. Just wondering if it IS the actual arrangement or a stock photo (sorry for being cynical). Also, I can't truly rate until after delivery.

Thank you for sending the photo. I was surprised to see the cactus. I thought we were just using the Desert Garden container, but filling it with the succulents shown in the Desk Garden arrangement.

This does not have as many blooms as what was represented in the photo online, it is much heavier on the greens, this does not seem adequate for a $180 arrangement.

Looks like there is a hole in it where the small Ferber is.

Some what disappointed. What you did is pretty but what I ordered was beautiful. You used large flowers of some kind to fill in where roses were supposed to be. The arrangement looks smaller than what I payed for. Not enough roses and too many cheaper flowers.

I did not see this in person as it was a sympathy but I guess it is okay. I could have done better for $157 but since I am two states away, I had to pick a random local florist from the online search.

The quality and quantity of the flowers in the arrangment look very different than the picture online. The online photo is a very full, dense with actual english roses (hense the name English Rose). Maybe it's just a bad photo of the actual arrangment. I do appreciate the photo.
