The flowers are beautiful. They arrived before 12 which what I paid for. The only thing I'd add is I feel the delivery fee is obsessive. I've ordered flowers many times, for many years, from many different florists and even FTD services. If you are going to charge $30 for special time of delivery I think waiving the general delivery cost would be good customer service. Thank you for getting the arrangement there on time. Disappointed in the casket spray. Many of the flowers were already wilted or wilting when the arrangement arrived at the service. The ribbons on both arrangements were so short that they curled up and we couldn't read the names on them.
