You always do an amazing job!

Flowers and gift looked GREAT. The offerings for gifts, besides flowers, was outstanding and they were right on time!

The flowers were lovely and smelled amazing. I asked for a single red rose placed right in the middle for my wife for our 15 year anniversary. And they took care to do it just right. My wife was very pleased.

The arrangement was gorgeous and the flowers were fresh. The staff went out of their way to follow up and make sure they were delivered on time.

I ordered an arrangement from All A'Bloom to send to a friend opening in a production at the Kaufmann Center. I found an arrangement on their website which was exactly what I thought was perfect for this particular event. Now, understand, I have ordered arrangements that I have seen on other florist's websites where the finished arrangement that was delivered was no where near what I had seen in the online photo. So I was extremely pleased and happy when All A'Bloom sent me a photo of requested arrangement when it was finished and before it went out and it was just as beautiful as what I had seen on their site – possibly even prettier. Understand, too, that the photo was sent as part of their customer service. I hadn't requested it (as I had done so with other florists, in the past, and was told, by the earlier ones, that they didn't have the time and couldn't be bothered). So I really appreciated this feature given by All A'Bloom. They also called me earlier in the day of delivery just to ascertain, since it was a theater complex, where the best place would be to deliver the flowers. Beautiful work, appreciated features and focused customer service – 5 stars for all!

Even though the beautiful pink roses that sold me on this bouquet were sold out, this has still turned out incredible gorgeous and elegant. And it looks 100% intentional, it's not an obvious replacement, which I truly appreciate. I also love that they send a photo of how the actual bouquet turned out. I haven't seen a local (I am in Minnesota, my grandmother is in Missouri) florist do that.

I wish there were more blossoms and more coming along, and I would not have had you decorated, had a quite realized what you were talking about. Orchids are so lovely that they really don't need extra decoration. Be sure that that gets to Andy. Thank you for being available, Louise Bray.

I appreciate that you send a photo. In some circumstances such as a funeral a person does not want to ask if their flower/plant was received, but you want to make sure that the family knows you were thinking of them. Sending a photo also helps to ensure that you are getting future business. Nice touch!
