Wow!!! It exceeds all of my expectations. I commend your wonderful and professional staff. You really made the process so easy being a Louisianan trying to have a beautiful arrangement sent to our daughter there in KC in celebration of her 25th birthday while on assignment as a nurse. I love the fact that they send you a picture before the flowers are delivered. You don't have to guess what they look like or whether they were worth the money. They also give you an opportunity to make suggestions before delivery. Overall, awesome experience.

All A Bloom did a wonderful job making things right after I had a recent issue. The manager called and apologized after refunding my money. She then offered to make things right by delivering the flowers that day. The delivery went without a hitch and the flower arrangement is gorgeous! I will use them again in the future.

I called the business on a Friday morning right after they opened and asked if they could do a same day delivery. The person said they could and took my information. I explained it was for my wife at her business and when they asked if she would be there all day I told them yes. I paid $152 and some change and the flowers were never delivered. I called All A Bloom on Saturday morning and the person advised that their policy is that if the recipient does not answer their phone to confirm they are open for business or present at the business then they don't deliver. I explained that the business doesn't answer the phone as they communicate via a patient portal with their patients. Also, the recipient sees patients all day so she is unavailable to answer her phone. The employee kept reiterating their policy and stated that I didn't answer my phone either. I told the employee when I placed the order that the recipient would be there all day. Also, I never received a call from them like she explained. I did receive a photo of a mediocre medium flower arrangement via text that did not ask for a response. The money came out of my account of Friday. On Saturday when I asked her for a refund, she told me that I could go to their store and pick up the flowers. Why would I pay $152 to pick up a flower arrangement the day after the occasion when I could have bought a better arrangement at Costco for $20? When I continued to express my grievances in a very calm, reasonable way, the employee advised that she would have the manager contact me to discuss the situation further. It is now the following Tuesday and I have not heard from the manager, nor have I received a refund. I was doing my best to support a local small business but I will never use them again as they are very unreliable and have terrible customer service practices. I'm debating on taking them to small claims court based on principle. Also, another thing I thought was odd was the employee told me that my wife had flowers delivered there a week ago (which I was aware of.) So, if your looking for anonymity, good customer service, reliability, and reasonable pricing for the product, I do not recommend this business.

This was PERFECT. Exactly what I requested for around the holidays and to be delivered to an employee who just lost a family member. Thank you for providing the photo, I love it when flower shops do this, and I buy a lot of employee flowers all over the US and try to always shop local to that area. You definitely met the criteria to be added to my "flower shopping list"!
