The flowers were beautiful and very high quality. Great service. Only two issues: first, the gold paint on the vase was chipped on one side leaving a very obvious 2-inch blemish. Second, the arrangement had settled considerably during delivery and no longer looked like the attached professional photo. I had to do some rearranging to make it presentable again (it was not presentable as it arrived). Given the premium price point, I was disappointed in these two issues. But overall, I was satisfied and will probably order again.

I placed two orders and both arrangements were absolutely beautiful. I loved getting a photo to see what it actually looked like. The recipients absolutely love the arrangements also. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Definitely will use them again.
