Normally your bouquet's last a long time. The roses on this bouquet are wilting so bad, I'm throwing them out today, only 4 days after delivery.

I liked the basket and plants but the ribbon was so little it looked pathetic. It was so small. It kind of ruined the presentation. I tried to call before it was delivered and was on hold for over a half hour. I wrote you a text and requested a bigger better ribbon and hoped you would do it. I saw the plant at the funeral and was so disappointed to see this tiny ribbon on a large basket. I will not use your shop again, nor will I recommend you. This was a funeral for my brother in law snd I am very disappointed!!! I actually felt embarrassed that the presentation was ruined by not putting a decent ribbon on it!!!

When I called and placed the order I asked for the "Warm Sunshine" from the website. The arrangement sent is nothing like the one on the site. This arrangement was for my Boss that just lost her father! Our office paid $68 for 5 roses! So disappointed!

Whoa!!! The title of this arrangement on your website was "magic of Christmas". It was under the Thinking of You occasion and was supposed to be white carnations and light pink roses with silver sparkly accessories. This doesn't say "magic of Christmas" O

Why isn't there a bow? And couldn't you have added a flowering plant that has color? This is the plainest arrangement I've seen. Very disappointed and embarrassed to know that is what they received.

This does not look like the picture I ordered. It is missing the big orange lilies, blue flowers, the cute plaid ribbon and has more greenery. It just is not as pretty and cost me almost $20 more than the $75 posted on your website. Not happy.
