I thought it would be like the picture? It had a colorful flower on the font mine was plain white. Hoping it would look like the picture? They didn't last very long either throwing them away tomorrow

I wanted to send my sister a package but, being in/from Canada and with all the tariffs and whatnot, I decided to send her flowers from a place in her area so I didn't break the bank. I chose this one and I'm very happy with the service. The photo was a nice touch and I'm glad I got a call when they dropped it off. The flower arrangement was beautiful. I took a star off because when I tried to put my billing address, it only allowed U.S states and zip codes. Thankfully, the payment went through regardless, but it would be great if Flower Patch was more inclusive to a wider customer base. I'm sure it's not just people with an American billing address who use this company. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again when I want to send my American family flowers, just because the website does not give the option of putting a billing address outside of the states. I would gladly return and spend all my money here if this were to change.

The roses are beautiful butt delivered a little late

A beautiful arrangement for my wife; the only mistake was that I asked for a yellow ribbon instead of the rainbow ribbon in the photo. We got the rainbow ribbon, a small thing but the yellow ribbon I requested had special meaning and was overlooked.

Quick response for tight timing of order and delivery. Helpful when delivery was difficult to a business location. A great surprise for recipient. Balloons went flat fast but were fun for a day!

The bouquet is beautiful. My one suggestion is to put the white lily in the MIDDLE of the arrangement, since it is the most beautiful and largest flower in the arrangement, and it should be the center focal point, since there is only one lily in the arrangement. Please make it match the photo on your website in the way it is arranged. Easter is coming and we wanted an Easter lily to stand out as the center focal point.

The picture that we saw to make our order had three stuffed animals that's what we thought we were getting with the order not just one. Very mildly disappointed, but really, no big deal, you guys always do such a great job.
