I usually ask for an arrangement like this... but this seems really bland. Not what I was hoping for.
Horrible experience, don't order online, it won't deliver!
I paid to have flowers delivered to my wife on the anniversary of our daughter's passing. I was hoping to surprise my wife during the middle of the day while I was at work. I was told the delivery would happen between 1:00-4:00pm. I received a call at 4:30pm telling me that the flowers hadn't yet been delivered and would be delivered around 5:30pm. I told them that since I would already be on my way home at that time, I would just pick up the flowers at their shop. I requested that they refund the delivery fee since it didn't actually happen. Four days later and I still haven't received a refund for the delivery fee.
Hey: I don't what happen with the communication for this delivery to my daughter Emily Storm. You guys have done great before. I ordered the flowers 10/23 and sent to her work and you tried to deliver between 5 and 8 pm. offices are not open at night? Then I called 10/24 and yo assured me you would have it delivered today by 5:00, again a no....not very happy this time.
The flowers didn't match the photo in a pretty important way, and I had to call to get them fixed. I was told that they would fix them and send back a photo, but I never received a photo back. Then, five days later, I got an email with a photo of the same flowers that I asked them to fix. Displeased with the service and the arrangement.
Unfortunately, the flowers I gave to my sister died only after 1 1/2 days. I was very disappointed to spend money on these & they didn't last very long.
I was disappointed with the arrangement. I had ordered another one a few months back and was thrilled with it and was a lot fuller with more flowers. I paid less for the first flowers I bought so I was really not happy that I paid more for something so sparse. I will not order through you all again.
This has happened to me with this company twice now. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with any company. The flowers never arrived. Called customer service of the American Fork Flower Patch and explained that they were supposed to be delivered before 4:00 and that they were never delivered. The manager, without giving me her name, got on the phone with an unprofessional "hello" I started explaining the situation, and she interrupted me and said "hold on" and put me on hold with no explanation, then got back on the phone and said she cancelled the order and in a very insincere voice said "sorry" and hung up. I'm bewildered that this place is still in business, and this manager still has a job.
While the arrangement itself was beautiful, the flowers were brown around the edges, never opened, and were dead within 3 days. While I really like the people at my AF Flower Patch I'm not sure I'll use them again. For $75 I expected more.
The website was impossible! I tried to order 3 times to no avail. The personnel or phone service has always been good so why is the website so not customer friendly?
I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and wanted them sent to her work as a surprise. I ordered at 12:30pm and chose 1-5pm delivery. At 5:11pm I finally got an e-mail saying they were delivered, which by then my wife had left work and never saw them. The next day she got to work and there was no word of flowers being delivered. I called Flower Patch, and they said a lady named Lucy had signed for them. There's nobody by the name of Lucy who works with my wife. Not sure where the flowers ended up, but I'm frustrated with the lack of communication. I've asked for a full refund and haven't received any kind of confirmation of that.
I don't think this was very close to the photo from which I placed the order - this looks rather cheap and "thrown together." It was sent to a funeral - the ribbon looks like it would better fit a "new baby" arrangement. I can't say that I am pleased with this at all.
Ordered flowers Friday night to be delivered to my sister at hospital. Sister still has not received flowers - It is Tuesday. Very disappointed. Got a call Saturday at 12:30 - said she had been released from the hospital - she was still at the hospital until 4pm Saturday.
Not what I was hoping for for the amount I paid.
I am wondering why what I order on line is never the same as what gets delivered. I ordered the arrangement Mango Large, and it was yellow flowers not pink and peach. This has now happened to me twice in the last 2 weeks. I didn't want pink flowers or the pink ribbon. I wish you would tell us before we buy a particular item that it is not the same.
The flowers ware not delivered on the promise window of time, and ended not been a sorprise for my wife sense I hade to call to see where they ware in front of her, We hade an appointment for an aniversary deaner and was waiting on the car with her and She listen all the trouble to get them.
Doesn't look like the photo online for the same price. Looks much cheaper, which seems to happen when you order without coming in. Cheaper basket - fewer flowers - less color, smaller plants. cheap bow
