This order is absolutely hideous and not at all what I ordered or what is shown on your website. There aren't berries, there aren't little purple or yellow or any other colored flowers. The daisies look dead and the roses look wilted. There is nothing springlike about this order. Other than the one pink flower, it is basically an orange and white arrangement. If I wanted an orange arrangement, I would have ordered one. There is no color!!!! I will not be ordering from you again. I have a screenshot of what I ordered and what you are sending and will be posting a review on Google. So sad. VERY disappointed!!!!!!

Regretfully, no.. Gladiolas not open, which I asked before ordering and was checked by staff before ordering. The arrangement was extremely small in comparison to what we ordered in the past. This was the first time we were so disappointed with an order. We have loved what we ordered and received in our past history with Flower Patch. Thank you for asking.

I called your store to specifically check if the flowers could be there for the viewing at 9:00am. I was told they could be. Disappointed that they were not delivered until 6min before the start of the funeral.

Because I live across the country, and could not be there/deliver flowers in person, I paid Flower Patch well over $100 to put together some pretty flowers & deliver them to my best friend on her 60th birthday. That is a huge age milestone! I placed the order before 10am local time, gave the correct address, double checked with my best friend to verify that it was the correct address, but only received a texted saying “bad address, could not deliver” in the late afternoon. I called as soon as I received the text message and practically begged someone to try delivering the flowers again- I offered to pay additional. My best friend's address is less than a mile from Flower Patch! My best friend, who never married & has no children, received no flowers on her 60th birthday. That is so sad and heartbreaking. If I could go back in time, I would choose a different florist. 0 stars.

Disappointed - I'm not one that likes to complain but I asked for no bright colors and there is a big bright yellow flower right in the middle that is the focal point of the arrangement. For the price I paid and the indicated age of recipient I'm surprised - this looks like something for a funeral or an elderly lady. Hopefully it's prettier in person but definitely not the light colors I requested. Good communication but the the flowers are what was important :(

This place screws up my order twice and still keep sending me a request for a review. Not a place I would recommend.

Customer service when I was ordering, was very professional and positive. The flowers are terrible quality, and we're not designed the way I was promised.

I was told there would be colored flowers in it???

Highly disappointed, no banner for the wreath, smaller than what I anticipated, it wasn't even set up properly like a heart and worst of all the pink and white flowers were wilted and looked half dead . I have never submitted a review like this in my lifetime I hated to do so.

This does not even look like the same arrangement.

The order was for four sunflowers, I only see three and the greenery was supposed to be a little bit more than just three big leaves? Apparently the order got mixed up after I got off the phone...... I've spoken to Holly about it. I've used your company several times before when I've needed something in Utah this is the first problem I've had.

I am disappointed with the flowers. As much as I paid for this arrangement I feel like flower patch went skimpy on the flowers. $50.00 just for flowers alone. You could purchase more fresh flowers at the store. I have ordered flowers from flower patch before and never have they ever looked this skimpy.

As you can see in this photo there is only 12 roses. I had paid for 18. I called and they literally added six more roses, bunched together in the middle. So you had 12 that were spread and six that were bunched together. It look horrible.

I paid a lot of money for this and it was the smallest Bouquet of flowers I have had in a very long time. Very disappointed.

That isn't very much product or craftsmanship for a $90 bouquet. Priced way too high.

I am so unhappy with the arrangement I ordered. After speaking with 2 girls who took my order and sending images for inspiration, what was sent as a gift to an important customer was such a disappointment. I mentioned I had no budget and what something big and full with a nice vase and the arrangement delivered was small, the vase has printed lips in it, and the roses are in clumps unevenly distributed. The arrangement sent to my customer next to the image I sent is a poor attempt. I wish the image would have been sent with time to make changes. Very unhappy after spending so much time with the floral artist on the phone explaining what I wanted.

The day before the funeral at the viewing half the flowers were already wilting and the next day the the funeral they were all looking like they were wilting. The flowers were definitely not worth the money. It was embarrassing to have them displayed at our sisters funeral. We were very disappointed.

Very cheap looking and already wilting after one day not impressed feel screwed oh well lesson learned.

I don't like that arrangement at all.

I am very upset. My order was never delivered and I was not notified. I did however pay for the order. Now I simply look like a fool and a opportunity wasted. Never again will I trust your company with important business.

The arrangement is nice but not what I ordered. I ordered an arrangement of Gerber Daisies. I hope that it's the daisies that get delivered and not this one.
