Not near as many flowers as the picture on the website

Was hoping for a prettier selection

Very disappointing the picture on the website looks full and filled in. This arrangement looks bare and sparse. Ate these flowers worth the same money as the ones in the website photo? Maybe I should have ordered a different arrangement.

Looks a little skimpy for $80

I would have liked to have the flowers mixed around so it wasn't just white on one side and maroon on the other. I asked for spring colored flowers and maroon is not a sprint color for me.

I placed the order early in the week, needing the flowers to be delivered to the mortuary on Friday so that they would be brought to the church early Saturday morning for the viewing and funeral. I arrived at the church Saturday morning and didn't see the flowers I had ordered. I called flower patch and learned that their driver hadn't picked them up to be delivered. It took them about 30 minutes to bring the flowers, so they barely got to the church in time to be carried into the chapel for the funeral. The flowers were beautiful, but I was very disappointed that they weren't present at the viewing. Make sure you get a notification of delivery in addition to the first picture they send saying, "Here's your order!"

The image from the website has quite a bit more flowers in the mix. The one that was provided for my order has only 2/3 of the flowers that were pictured on the website. I counted. So it doesn't look as full. It looks almost like a Charlie Brown tree but with flowers and they used lots of greenery to try to cover the fact that we were robbed on flowers.

Looks a lot different from photo on website. More filler. Fewer larger flowers. Roses are so much smaller than what was pictured on website. Feeling very underwhelmed :(

Well compare to the Timeless Sympathy spray of 110.00 on the website and the picture I received after paying for more flowers this looks pretty cheap looking for 175.00.

Flower Patch was so helpful when I called to place this online order for a funeral. I ordered the "Deepest Sympathy Spray Masculine." I loved getting a picture of my arrangement when it was completed. Unfortunately, the picture was not what I ordered. Yes, it had 12 carnations as was guaranteed. The purple filler blended in with the greenery unlike the advertised picture. There were maybe half of the yellow daisy poms from the advertised picture. I called to inquire. They said they would put in other yellow filler but would have to charge more for more daisy poms? Why? More were shown in the picture I ordered from; there shouldn't be an additional charge. So in the end, my arrangement is not half as beautiful as the picture I ordered from. I am disappointed as this is a sympathy arrangement for my best friend who just lost her dad.

I wish the Lilies were closer to open. It looks like a bunch of little flowers with one big flower. It looks a little off. Doesn't have the WOW factor for $80. I was hoping for a Wow factor.

Looks small compared to the one I ordered. I know flowers needed substituted, but looks small for $75.

Disappointed with the lack of design/shape. Heavy on filler and no focal point. Appears to be a $15 grocery store wrap that got placed in a vase rather than a nearly $100 order.

Flowers are pretty, but a few of these DEFINITELY do not look fresh like I had hoped. The couple that don't look the best stick out greatly and lower the quality look of the whole bouquet.

Although the flowers look pretty here when we saw them tonight at the mortuary about 25% were drooping/dying. I have bought hydrangeas before and they lasted quite a while. There is hardly any blue in this bouquet which was our 1st request. The funeral is tomorrow and I feel very sad that they are already dying. Too late now. I thought the blue ribbon would bring out the blue in the bouquet (my request) but I was wrong since their is very very little blue to begin with. It was also quite frustrating to get in touch with your shop via phone. All those I spoke to were very nice however.

I like receiving a picture. The rest is a mystery. I gave specific instructions to have predominantly blue flowers and to coordinate with Warenski Funeral Home for proper delivery.

I was expecting more white flowers in the bouquet. The flowers to have been bloomed and more filled with floral.

I specifically asked for a fall color arrangement with the colors being oranges, red, yellows, and rusts. Although this arrangement is pretty, it definitely will not go with my Thanksgiving decor! disappointed.

The vase was falling apart. All the paint was flacking off into the water. So bad I had to take them out and go get another vase to put them in it looked so bad.
