I called your store to specifically check if the flowers could be there for the viewing at 9:00am. I was told they could be. Disappointed that they were not delivered until 6min before the start of the funeral.

I had requested the “lemons”arrangement with the yellow roses. I wanted to add white carnations and change out the small yellow flowers with white babys breath. This is not what I requested.

The flower arrangement is absolutely beautiful! I loved receiving a picture to see what was being delivered. That doesn't happen with other florists. I hate wondering if the arrangement I sent was adequate or not.

The flowers look nice but the whole scenario of getting these ordered and having to give you the delivery information 3 times until you hopefully got it correct was a real pain. I'm questioning ever using you again! Also take the last name of Gross off my information and change it to Thomas. I haven't used the last name of Gross for over 7 years since I divorced that person!
