The flowers look lovely. Unfortunately there were no yellow roses available, but customer service called and asked about a replacement with orange ombré roses. I appreciated that call and the picture they send as well!

It is a very nice looking bouquet. The only thing I would change would be to have a little more variety of color; splash of orange or something like that. But the arrangement is still very beautiful. The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely nice and was very pleasant to talk to and was very helpful. It was a nice touch to see the flowers before they were delivered. They were delivered in a timely fashion and were very well received.

I hesitate not giving a five star review because the service was 5 star and the way they made my friend feel when receiving them. They just didn't put in the purple little filler like the picture was showing. Everything else was 5 star all the way! Flower patch always comes through.
