I order a planter for my friend who had a loss a love one , the Bountiful Flower Shop sent me a photo of the planter and I couldn't haven been more happy. My friend was very happy when she got it. I would give 5 stars great job on the planter.

Having never ordered flowers from this location, not sure what to expect. I was hoping for my flowers to be like the photo on the website as I wanted all the flowers to be yellow. My friend was very pleased with them and she has had nursing staff etc. ask her who gave them to her. Knowing my flowers have been a hit with my friend makes all the difference so thank you. I heard yesterday that the flowers are still beautiful and fresh. I really like getting a photo of the flowers. It is a great touch for customers. Thank you.

This isn't anything like what I saw on your website. I wanted one with all yellow flowers, so my friend who is in the hospital would see it and smile. Sorry but this is not what I wanted.

The flowers were very nice. It looked just like the picture. It was delivered on time. I liked that a picture was sent of the finished product. I did go to the viewing and funeral and saw it in person but it was nice to know what it looked like ahead of time (or if the funeral had been out of town).
