Beautiful

Flower Patch in Bountiful was great to work with when I wanted to purchase get-well flowers for my sister over the phone. I didn't have any specific design in mind, so we settled on Designer's Choice. I told them her favorite colors and her allergies to certain flowers. The arrangement came out lovely and my sister loved them!

I thought the flower arrangement was beautiful. Thank you. The tying of the ribbon, however, left something to be desired. Maybe a prettier florist bow?

The floral arrangement was beautiful. I have never been disappointed with flowers I have ordered through Flower Patch.

Super bummed about this. I feel like the young girl was going fast and not quite understanding I just needed a tiny rose on a ribbon for a baby corsage. I did this before and they accommodated my request and only charged me a small fee. They charged me $25 for this o e which is what I saw the cost of normal corsages on bracelets cost but this is just for one rose on a ribbon. I feel really sick to my stomach that I paid so much for this and when I mentioned it when I picked it up they just still seemed like they didn't care and that was the cost. I always use flower patch but just feel like this customer service was lacking this time and truly $25 for one small rose on a ribbon is actually insane.

The flowers were beautiful and the recipient loved them. I live in N.C., but if I ever needed a delivery in your area, I would not hesitate to use your florist. Delivery was made exactly as I was told it would be too
