"My wife loves the flowers especially the new color I sent. One negative about an hour and a half after ordering the the I got a call from your Company and asked for me and then hung up. I decided I should wait and see if you call back. So after 45 minutes I started trying to call you,I’m sure you’re not surprised you have customer service issue. I’m sure there would be an issue or two that needs to be worked out. Maybe a customer service number that links or something like that. I ran some big companies that delivered large items it is sill customer service.
The flowers look great so good but could of been so much better."

I am on the East Coast, and wanted a local florist for a funeral in Bountiful. I had only your online reviews and website as a guide, as well as your statement, in Utah, that you were LGBTQ friendly. The death had been sudden for a dear young man, and your selection was tasteful and lovely and appropriately colorful. Family members who attended said that the arrangement looked really nice. Your phone team was helpful, and your delivery serve was right on time. Should I need a florist again in Bountiful, or know someone who does, I would highly recommend Flower Patch.

Our flowers were absolutely beautiful. Every detail was perfect. The arrangement had so many beautiful,delicate flowers we were all very impressed .

It looks like what I ordered except I think leaving empty holes in the front is a little tacky. I also wish the blooms were a little more open so you see more purple instead of mostly yellow.

Juat dont like it.... it's not pretty and the colors dont go well. They really messed up the first one I ordered than said they fixed it when they really Didnt and sent it out anyways. So I spoke with manager and said go ahead and do this piece with vibrant colors and they use white and baby pink with vibrant it just doesnt go together. It's always hard to buy flowers because they are sooo expensive but its wven worse when you have pay for something u didnt originally want or you dont like
