My Husband is always surprising me. This one was full of color and smelled like spring. I received so many compliments. Highly recommend.

The flowers were skimpy if it was for bee it would have been anything to look at. I texted the other day it said to call number when I did it rang 10 times and hung up.

The flowers were beautiful. However they were supposed to be there the day before and then by noon the next day then by 2:00. They finally arrived by 4:30. Paid xtra for faster delivery. Disappointing…

I ordered the flowers for Sharon, but was disappointed that they weren't received on the day requested. Supposedly, she did not answer the door even after they tried to make contact. (She was home.) I know that no contact was made because my phone number was the contact number and I did not get a call or text. When I did received an email from FTD stating that they would try again, it was 24 hours later before they were delivered. Lack of proper communication - the number listed to contact if there are problems with delivery should be used immediately to facilitate delivery. A day late on delivery was frustrating when trying to celebrate her 80th birthday on the very day! The arrangement was beautiful when received.

I've been dealing with your business for years and have NEVER had a problem or been let down! You guys do amazing beautiful work in appreciate it especially since i order from ky and get flowers sent to ohio so I can't see the flowers but im always told how beautiful they are. Thank you so much for helping put a smile on my mother's face at least a few times a year.

I never received the order

The flowers were perfect. And the driver who delivered them took extra care in making sure they got to the correct address. She text me to let me know that she was having trouble finding it and then when I called her, she said she kept looking and found the correct address. That made me feel very good about the delivery.
