Flowers were beautiful but delivered to wrong address. By the time I got them they had wilted in the sun.

They are beautiful, but arrived a bit wilted - almost like the arrangement was created a few days prior to delivery and not stored well, or some of the selections were a bit past their prime. That said, I am enjoying them and appreciate your follow-up.

I was told there was supposed to be a bear with them and that they were supposed to be bigger. It looks like you guys might need help with your operation. Maybe then you can complete orders accurately.

Flower was simply gorgeous . Would have appreciated a call or text of delivery , instead of lving at door
