bought the highest pack (premium) +med bear + ballon , for it to look like the lowest one (standard).. thats the least of my problems.. they sent a confirmation code saying its gon be delivered the 23rd , 5 hrs later ..delayed my same day shipping as i paid for it , boom so now its arriving the 24th a day after my girl bday , she was still grateful & said she's gonna be waiting so ofc i had to tell her, next day comes no flowers at 3pm she text me “where are my flowers” .. now i look like a fool when i did my part & paid for the best, so boom i call at 5 they tell me the flowers need another day they not ready they was asking fkr a request.. i said when were yall going to tell me , nobody sent not one email about yet again a 2nd delay , so i said yes i have no choice but to say yes to tye request i want the flowers & paid good money almost 100$ , so then i ask for dome type of partial reimbursement , more flowers added for a cost free charge, anything to help this case & they did nothing did not respond to my email & i had to call AGAIN the next day to track my order & make sure it actually gets out she put me ob hold to contact the people directly. & they played with the flowers.. do dat sh look worth 100$ be real .. yall advertised it to be wayy more fuller & that medium bear not medium fr , i didnt wanna take it here but yall aint serve me no justice & i gave yall a week so here we ARE, 1 STAR.

I ordered these flowers for Elizabeth Holt, and frankly, after seeing the pictures, am very disappointed. Those yellow mums look like they're on their way out, as does the sunflower. And those mum buds will never open. Although the arrangement is small, I expected at least fresh flowers for $50!

Very poor arrangement. Very sparse. The 2 purple flowers died the next day.

I would never tell the person that sent these to avoid hurting their feelings but this bouquet was awful. The roses had brown pedal like they were dead. The whole thing looked like it was on its last leg. I was pretty surprised. All my co workers thought it was pitiful when they came to my desk and looked at them. I feel bad my son and daughter in law they spent probably a lot of money on them. So this time you guys did not hit the mark.

Flowers never arrived. Driver said he attempted to deliver and was told I did not work here by the front desk person. I'm the front desk person and camera footage shows no delivery was attempted. Very sad I did not receive my anniversary flowers.

You caused my son great distress over this bouquet sent for Mother's Day. The flowers didn't arrive until the Wednesday after Mother's Day. Beware.

While the arrangement was beautiful, it was obviously much smaller than the "premium" bouquet pictured on the Teleflora website that I paid for. It was much closer to the "standard" size bouquet. I don't feel that I received what I paid for. The actual measured dimensions of the bouquet were smaller than the advertised dimensions of the standard bouquet. I understand that the bouquet I receive can only be similar to the bouquet pictured. However, I feel that I have been taken advantage of. For the price I paid to receive the premium arrangement, I could have purchased a bouquet at the local grocery store three times this size.

I hate to write such a poor review, but unfortunately I never received this beautiful bouquet. My boyfriend was trying to surprise me and the delivery person never left the flowers. I understand weather conditions but I live in an apartment building where they could have left them in the mail area. I was headed home from work…

They never came. It was a birthday gift and we're not delivered. The picture was beautiful, but due to I don't know what I did not get them.

If I could give a 0 I would. Whoever delivered them never rang or knocked. They left them on porch for around a hour in below freezing. They were completely dead the next morning. My daughter paid good money for birthday flowers for me and I never got to enjoy them. I had 2 other deliveries the same day they rang the bell.

They delivered the flowers hours early so no one was home and they called me, even though it was supposed to be a surprise for me. The service fee was incredibly high for such an inconvenience

I never received this order despite calling multiple times. They said delivery was attempted but I wasn't home. I could have been home if I knew they were coming. Other florists delivered during this time. I asked for a picture of it and to know who it is from so that I could thank them but couldn't even receive that.
