I was so excited to receive my flower arrangement. I was soooo disappointed in the delivery. The arrangement was left in the sweltering heat and sun. There was nothing to protect it. It does not look like the photo as lilies were broken at the stem. If the driver had my phone number, why couldn't they give warning that the left the arrangement? It should have been packaged to protect it. I emailed the day of the delivery and have received no response.

Hello! I'm the sister of the bride listed below. I really did love the look of the flowers with the succulents, pink roses, maroon flowers, etc so I had ordered 3 of those bouquets for her wedding on Sunday, June 28. I'd asked for the flowers to be delivered the day before and your service was prompt which I loved. However, I only received one bouquet of what I had ordered. The two other bouquets were not and it was disappointing for a few reasons: 1.) It was my sister's big day and I had really wanted the flowers to be perfect as they were going to be main center pieces for the tables we had 2.) I'd been charged like $60 for the drop off of the flowers which adds to the frustration. There was no way on the site to indicate one set amount for shipping (to just one household which should have been just $20 then?). 3.) I spoke with a representative this past Saturday who kindly refunded 30% of the order though 60% of the order was incorrect. I didn't feel like this was the most fair, but I appreciated the try. All in all, I was unhappy with the order but the day still turned out great. The one bouquet that was correct was really beautiful and I appreciated the florist that designed it. Thank you.

Overall average rating - arrangement itself was good but day after delivery couple of blooms dried up and discolored maybe from damage - also the delivery driver must have been smoking because flowers smelled like cigarette smoke. Flowers are supposed to smell fragrant/good not smoky.

The flowers look great but were delivered a day late. I paid for same day delivery. I got a message saying that they were not able to deliver and would try later. Someone was home all day except for 15 minutes when they went to walk their dogs. If none answered the door there is no reason went the flowers could have been left on the doorstep.

The flowers that the sender sent me said they were not the same ones that she ordered. The size and look was different. They were pretty flowers though.

Many of the roses were old spent blooms. Petals were falling off when I received the arrangement. For many of the roses petals were removed to make it look like the flower was a bud that would still open.

The flowers were beautiful. However they were supposed to be there the day before and then by noon the next day then by 2:00. They finally arrived by 4:30. Paid xtra for faster delivery. Disappointing…

I ordered the flowers for Sharon, but was disappointed that they weren't received on the day requested. Supposedly, she did not answer the door even after they tried to make contact. (She was home.) I know that no contact was made because my phone number was the contact number and I did not get a call or text. When I did received an email from FTD stating that they would try again, it was 24 hours later before they were delivered. Lack of proper communication - the number listed to contact if there are problems with delivery should be used immediately to facilitate delivery. A day late on delivery was frustrating when trying to celebrate her 80th birthday on the very day! The arrangement was beautiful when received.

The statue was very nice. The tulips and roses were very pretty, but the purple flowers did not look good, sickly looking and needed support. Will not order again.

Received an extremely unprofessional voice message just saying "hiiiii" and then hung up. No message was left to inform me who this call was from or that I had a pending delivery. By the way this was for my birthday. My son had to call and speak to someone to make sure I received my flowers. The following day when they were delivered, my mother said there was an extremely faint knock at the door that she barely heard. Why didn't the delivery person ring the bell?!! Honestly with this service, I feel my son should be reimbursed. The flowers were pretty, but I wouldn't order from your business again.
