The original order was a disaster nothing like the picture I was embarrassed to see it

I texted you to tell you that the roses only lasted 4 days but I never heard from you. I got a second order from you on Sunday and 4 of the roses were wilted and dropping petals on Monday. My friend called you and sent photos but we have not heard from you. The arrangements look lovely but they are not quality flowers. I am most disappointed

The pink flowers were dying when the arrangement was delivery.

I never received them. I was told by the sender that they were delivered to the incorrect address. I have heard nothing else.

The flowers I received were wilted and also not the Fall deluxe arrangement I ordered. Very disappointed. I did call your store and personally explained the same. The order was very expensive (89.60).

Flowers die within a day and vase was nothing like what was ordered. Second arrangement I received from this florist and both died within a day or two. I would never use them; 1-800 Flowers needs to discontinue them. 1 star because I have to give something. All reviews I've read are the same.

What I ordered vs what was delivered were completely two separate things. Will never order again. Bad business

Received them Friday evening. They were beautiful and unusual. The hydrangea didn't last as long as the roses. They are still lovely. Carlos the delivery man was very pleasant

Flowers arrived very late 3 blooms crushed & dying. The sender said she would call and complain

I spent 64.99 plus delivery and the flowers were embarrassingly small. If this was the premium, I'd hate to see what the basic is

The delivery was way too late.In the day I was not home and roses were already all openedoubt.The arrangement is currently dying two days later

Not happy, not the arrangement that was order and did not receive it on time, not happy

Paid extra for next day before noon delivery and did not receive arrangement until the following day.

My order was supposed to be delivered before 12:00 (Midday), because you were not able to do it at time, I have called you before 12:00 and you told me that you will do it at 1 PM. And then I call again at 1:15 to cancel, because the surprise was already ruined, and you have confirmed that it was cancelled. And finally you did the delivery after 5 PM. You are thieves

This arrangement is not what my friends ordered. The blue hydrangeas have already wilted after less than 24 hours. The little purple flowers have fallen over and dried up. Very disappointed

Not great!

The flower looked lovley but sadly within one day petals were falling and flowers were wilting I threw them out after 24 hours . What a pity my kids always send me flowers multiple times a year and I didn't want to sadden them.

100% the worst flower arrangement I've ever received. This was for my birthday from my sister. it arrived super late half of the flowers are dead and half of the sunflowers didn't have petals. I would be more than happy to share a video and pictures with you on how it looked. I will never ever recommend your flower shop to anybody absolutely garbage

They arrived half dead and completely dead in 3 days.

Big thumbs down. In less than a day almost all flowers were wilted or dead. I called and sent pictures as requested and days later I have never heard from this florist.

Very disappointed. Flowers were dead, looked nothing like what I ordered. Was suppose to be delivered prior to noon, were delivered after 5 pm. Will be writing reviews on my 2+ million social media follows

Very dissapointed, this is not what we ordered

I am certain my friend in NY spent some money on this arrangement. It was nothing more than a few roses, a couple of lilies and filler flowers. It came in a very cheap glass vase with a horrible pink ribbon. In Florida, there are so many beautiful flowers and options , and you can buy them anywhere, Trader Joe's, supermarkets , Whole Foods, Field of Flowers etc.. Let's just say, it was certainly not the nicest arrangement I have ever received Sorry for the bad review, I have high expectations from florist here.
