I never received my flowers. I understand that this is a third-party that's delivering my items. I just think it's very unprofessional to have not received my flowers yet it's marked as delivered. This was supposed to be a surprise what a inconvenience I called and was told my order wasn't delivered due to bad weather Still don't understand why it was marked as delivered. I had to stop what I was doing at work just to figure out what happened to my delivery.

They are dead already! Many flowers were broken when they arrived

This was via FTD, for our 25th anniversary. There were pros (arrangement style) but several major cons. First, was delivered (on time, thank you) with literally 1.5” of water in a 10”+ vase. The stems were not even touching that, so when I got to the door to check it out (was away just a half hour) some blooms wilted. Secondly, was not aware that premium bouquets no longer overwrapped, which is more special. Third, While lovely for about 3 days, first the mums, now the roses (on 4th day) are drooped over. I looked up FTD, other sites that show should have lasted at least a full 7 days+. Really disappointed, esp for a big event.

I never received this order. Not sure where it was delivered or who tried to send it.

The flowers arrived the day after the event. It was pointless.

Sunflowers died the same and next day. Other ones lost the blossoms overnight

Delivery did not call and left flowers outside in hot Florida sun. Never leave flowers in heat if you don't reach recipient . Note was on the door. Poor delivery service!!

I was very disappointed. They were delivered at 8.42pm. The delivery person was going to leave it on the ground if we hadn't been alerted by our gatehouse. There was hardly any water in the container and it was hot. The flowers were especially the ROSES were wilted . BY the next day it was a little better, but the roses were all opened and overwhelmed all the other flowers.

They were already in full bloom when received so now 2 days later they're dead. Wish I could attach a pic to show you, what a shame, they were beautiful for half a day.

This was probably the worst arrangement we've ever received. Some of the flowers were practically dead on arrival and created a pungent odor. The whole bouquet was dead and thrown away three days after receipt.

Flowers were wilted by day 2 and dead before mother's day.

I ordered a Gardenia via 1800Flowers for Deborah. You delivered a Peace Lilly. I re-ordered the Gardenia and you delivered another Peace Lilly. Please call before making a substitution so I'm not embarrassed. I would be happy to wait until a Gardenia or suitable substitute is available. Third try on Monday…fingers crossed.

These were delivered tp the wrong address.

Purple flowers were broken when it arrived , was supposed to have a dozen roses but only had 9 . Paid for XL bouquet unfortunately was not given a full bouquet.

They were lovely

They started dying within 24hrs. Although the arrangement is very pretty these flowers weren't exactly fresh.

The flowers were beautiful. However by the second day they were wilting and by the third day they were almost all gone.

The flowers that were delivered did not represent the picture that was shown on blooms today. I tried to copy and paste the picture that should have been sent along with a picture that of the arrangement that we saw when we arrived there yesterday and were horrified by how bad they looked. It was droopy and the arrangement looked terrible. We were very embarrassed.

I tried calling but it will not go through. I received a bunch of tulips and they were such a disappointment! I got them on Friday and they were dead by Sunday. My favorite flowers that I received from my kids and they never opened. Terrible!!

Terrible flowers the worst I've ever bought! Flowers were falling apart and most of them are wilted. I will not recommend this florist or 1800 flowers to anyone! I'm extremely disappointed with the flowers. Leaving the flowers outside on the ground with just a vase! Who does that after spending money on something special for our anniversary to my wife. Flowers looked old and had mildew on the roses and daisies were just falling off, the greenery leaves had holes in them like they were eaten by some bugs. The water was dirty the flowers came in. Delivery was almost at 9pm. Worst experience ever!!!! If I could select 0 stars I would! I'm so upset over this!

You delivered to the main office and left on outside table and not even my building. No one knew they were there. You could have at least called and told me they were there. My number was right on the card I called you twice and left message-no response. Flowers were wilted and half dead sitting in sun. Terrible

Came 4 hours late & flowers died within 2 days
