I received 3 day old flowers in bad condition and the purchaser from germany worked 3 days ro get them to me and two attempts. You delivered them to the wrong address. You were to replace them today to my address at 550 South Ocean and Via Marina in Palm Beach Proper to the covered side entrance!!! On Via Marina. You mistakenly keep delivering ro a similae address in Manalapan. We are in Palm Beach Proper NOT manalapan. Please replace and deliver today. Thank you. 617-694-2333

Roses were opened upon arrival. Arrangement was a bit wilted. Delivery was a day late due to not being able to get in my gated community which most likely played a roll in that.
