Roses were opened upon arrival. Arrangement was a bit wilted. Delivery was a day late due to not being able to get in my gated community which most likely played a roll in that.

Hi, The flowers were gorgeous and fresh! They lasted a whole week! However, when I opened the chocolates they were all melted . I was disappointed because my son purchased these and he's a college student . I was home when they were delivered and the chocolates were not in any kind of insulation.

I bought this arrangement for my mother, she is in an ALF facility. She got so happy when she received it! The picture shows that it is of big size even though it says “small” . I was very pleased to make my mother smile with this wonderful arrangement!

Never recieved my flowers. The delivery driver made an attempt, I called him back 7 minutes later after I missed his call. He ignored me for hours when I followed up again in regards to a refund he told me he was at my community gate and that 4 people with broken English wouldn't let him and said the address didn't exsist. When I kindly asked if he would come back he said his time was to valueable and that he wasn't going to come back and we can ask for a refund, that it's our problem not his. I give 0 stars and I will make sure to post this on google reviews because he was a racist prejudice driver very unprofessional and I never even recieved my flowers for my birthday. Shame on this company for allowing such behavior.

They looked very pretty but would rather have ones that last longer. Always nice to get flowers.
