The flowers are beautiful, but some were half dead with petals shedding everywhere, and the one sticking up was cracked at the top. My husband sent photos to 1-800- flowers but no reply.

Although very pretty these were not the premium flowers I paid for. There were at least a dozen pink and white roses on the website and a totally different vase. The vase in the photo was mosaic and one of the reasons I chose the arrangement. I reached out to Teleflora since I was very disappointed.

Flowers didn't last after a day it started withering didn't really last long 😢

The roses are beautiful but they are old, especially the red ones. The petals were falling apart and out the first day. The second day they faded. The delivery man was nice.

I was disappointed as the flowers were placed only on one side. Some of the flowers looked wilted and sad as well.

Poor quality. Sad looking flowers that are on their way out. Would not recommend this place.

The roses were not fresh and wilted. My mother who I sent to was very upset. Otherwise a pretty arrangement but all the flowers should have been fresh. Very disappointed

The dog design was nice however the flowers did not represent what was listed on the one 800 flowers website. They were very small in comparison to what we thought was going to be sent. Not sure I would use one, 800 flowers again

They are so small. I ordered premium. I paid for premium. They are not premium.

The arrangement was average / didn't look like much effort was put into it flowers could have been fresher.I noticed upon delivery some edges of flowers looked dry It's second day and many flowers are dried up. Delivery person was very pleasant.

Flowers died with in three days and smelt awful. Someone sent to me as a bday gift and it was not good

Actually, a few of the flowers were dead. Otherwise beautiful. And arrived very late. I wouldn't recommend using your company.

Not a positive experience. Was given the wrong flowers after it was left at the business door for someone to take them. So much confusion and stress just to get the flowers for my birthday that my brother wanted to get me. Driver was kind but flowers were not worth the money. Find your local florist who goes that extra step and not a third party who never picks up the phone and communicates to its driver. Sad day

After 3 days, the roses are wilting. I added more water yesterday but the roses still wilted. The top rose is a bullhead. In short, disappointed iwith the arrangement.

The bouquet was very nice, but the customer experience due to a hiccup on Guzzardos end was horrible. I would not recommend this business for that reason.

Was much smaller than expected. Nice flowers but the size was very small and embarrassing to send to my mother for her birthday.

Im sorry but it was very cheap looking to be honest. For what my company paid for these, they could have gotten a better deal at the supermarket with the 3 for $12 deal.

I'm pretty sure the sender isn't thrilled- she ordered something much different… She's a lovely beautiful human being and I am thrilled with her kindness and generosity.

I loved them. But the very next day a number of them died. That was very disappointing.
