Not a positive experience. Was given the wrong flowers after it was left at the business door for someone to take them. So much confusion and stress just to get the flowers for my birthday that my brother wanted to get me. Driver was kind but flowers were not worth the money. Find your local florist who goes that extra step and not a third party who never picks up the phone and communicates to its driver. Sad day

After 3 days, the roses are wilting. I added more water yesterday but the roses still wilted. The top rose is a bullhead. In short, disappointed iwith the arrangement.

The bouquet was very nice, but the customer experience due to a hiccup on Guzzardos end was horrible. I would not recommend this business for that reason.

Was much smaller than expected. Nice flowers but the size was very small and embarrassing to send to my mother for her birthday.

Im sorry but it was very cheap looking to be honest. For what my company paid for these, they could have gotten a better deal at the supermarket with the 3 for $12 deal.

Flowers are not fresh, complaints are being made

I'm pretty sure the sender isn't thrilled- she ordered something much different… She's a lovely beautiful human being and I am thrilled with her kindness and generosity.

I loved them. But the very next day a number of them died. That was very disappointing.

Flowers are dying. It's only 2 days.

They were beautiful when I first got them but they wilted 2 days later. I know my bestfriend spent alot of money on them but I was very disappointed they did not last

It was messy. There was pink spray pant on the white holder (you can see it on the left side on the picture) and the flowers had been sprayed pink and it looked like it was rushed and done sloppy.

I was disappointed. :( The flowers were not fresh. The arrangement looked as it had been thrown together.

By the time we got them they were pretty wilted unfortunately.

Next day start falling and dying

There was no greeting card with the flowers which was very disappointing.

The flowers after only 5 days have already died.

Some of the roses looked bruised

Quite a bit of the flowers died already!!!

Thank you for prompt delivery . The bouquet is not what I paid for though. I feel like it was downgraded.

Sorry for this review, but the flowers did not arrive at the proper time. There was some confusion. When the flowers got here they were brown and lasted one day! I was disappointed

The arrangement was very pretty when it arrived However, I am disappointed that this morning half of the flowers are wilted. I was hoping they would last at least a week.

A little disappointing!! There were supposed to be carnations included, but none were present. Also not included was any flower preservative…:(

Honestly, I was a bit disappointed with the number of carnations that were used. The arrangement I selected had more spring type flowers and roses. And this arrangement cost me $80 dollars. To me not an $80 dollar arrangement. Not an acceptable choice of flowers even if replacements were needed.
