The flowers were very pretty. But the vase that you supplied was too short and too wide. Once unwrapped the flowers were flopping all over the vase. I had to put them in a smaller container.

The flowers are beautiful and lasting longer than most. However, I didn't receive the plant food. Not sure if the sender wanted to be anonymous but had no idea who sent them. My rating would have been higher if I had been given the packet of plant food.

The flower arrangement was lovely but when the flowers arrived they were wilted due to the heat. I can imagine it is hard to transport flowers when it is hot but they die quickly as a result.

Sincerely, I don't like it. The teddy bear was in plastic bag, on the floor. It can be some arrangements to make more lovely. My son brings me one from there it's was beautiful. I m not here to say back things about your store but you can do it differently. Thank you!

The arrangement is very nice I am not happy with the delivery that arrived in the middle of the party especially since they told the sender that no one was home when there were 20+ people in the house for an hour before and 2 people were home the whole day preparing

The arrangement is beautiful when you deliver, however the next day they start to wilt and the ones that are not open are starting to die! By tomorrow a lot will be dead. My son is from Massachusetts and I feel bad that he spends this money to send flowers to me on different occasions from you. I'm not a satisfied customer.

It was a small Bouquet. From what I thought I was ordering Premium it should have been larger according to the picture on line. It was pretty but small.

I was disappointed in seeing the arrangement that I ordered. The colors and arrangement of the flowers is not the same as I ordered. However, my friend, Linda Koss, who received them loved it, so that made me happy.

Well....overall nice arrangement However, upon arrival, there were 2 broken flowers and I've never received an arrangement with NO ribbon. Except this one. Additionally, when my son placed this order, he was guaranteed a morning delivery. It showed up at 8:20 in the evening. 🙁
