The delivered arrangement was beautiful and fragrant. I'm disappointed that within 3 days the arrangement was wilted and blooms never opened. I did make certain there was enough water in the vase.

Lots of leaves under water also some very short stems dint reach the water. I did'nt like the small white flower. It just looks old and faded. Could have added a ribbon to make it look more presentable

The flowers were lovely. I only gave you three stars because quite a few of the flowers were broken when they were delivered. At least four of the lilies and some of the stock were broken.

Some, about half of the flowers had totally wilted or were damaged. Pretty colors but not in great shape. Even the roses were wilted.

The color palette was beautiful but the carnations weakened the design. The box of chocolates were much to be desired and the delivery man forgot the chocolates and had to come back again.

The first arrangement was delivered on schedule. Disappointedly the roses were not fresh. The roses were brown around the pedals. I notified the sender, and she had you deliver another arrangement which was beautiful.

Roses were opened upon arrival. Arrangement was a bit wilted. Delivery was a day late due to not being able to get in my gated community which most likely played a roll in that.
