The flowers were beautifully arranged and presented well. My problem was the flowers didn't hold up well. The very next day some of the flowers were drooping. I loved the vase and my 5 year old granddaughter loved the large teddy bear. The small ballon certainly was not worth the price that I was charged. John L. Martin Wellington, Florida

Beautiful flowers and ornament.. I've collected the ornaments for a few years now … and this us the second year my son has ordered the new ornament from Guzzardos… love it!!!

I was disappointed in the flowers - didn't look like the ones I ordered. I ordered them for my best friend's birthday and they were not as full as the ones I got despite me picking a more expensive one that indicated looked like the photo

On my BD I received faded and almost dead flowers and now what you expect me to say ? Yes, you sent me on the next day after humiliation and complaining fresh flowers but totally different and cheaper arrangement for what my daughter put order and paid.

The flowers were a gift, from my boyfriend and I loved them. Christmas is my favorite time of the year, and to get some flowers themed to Christmas was a plus they were nice and fresh, vibrant colors they were expectacular. I give them 5 stars.

The original order was a disaster nothing like the picture I was embarrassed to see it

I texted you to tell you that the roses only lasted 4 days but I never heard from you. I got a second order from you on Sunday and 4 of the roses were wilted and dropping petals on Monday. My friend called you and sent photos but we have not heard from you. The arrangements look lovely but they are not quality flowers. I am most disappointed
