I texted you to tell you that the roses only lasted 4 days but I never heard from you. I got a second order from you on Sunday and 4 of the roses were wilted and dropping petals on Monday. My friend called you and sent photos but we have not heard from you. The arrangements look lovely but they are not quality flowers. I am most disappointed

I like the arrangement and have been following your directions in adding water. Unfortunately, the flowers are drooping and not looking very good. I would have expected the flowers to last longer. Why?

The flowers were very different from the photo online that I ordered. I was disappointed. The delivery guy was also very rude to me on the phone. My experience here did not make me want to order from here again.
