The arrangement was beautiful but they were delivered 5 days AFTER they were promised. I did not receive a text or call as was stated but finally on Tuesday I received a text that they were on their way. Unfortunately, I was leaving the next day for a weeks vacation. My daughter in law has used this site at other times for different locales. Sadly, by the time the flowers were delivered I could not enjoy them for my 75 birthday on March 12. They were delivered on March 17.

The flowers are beautiful. I was surprised they were not in a stable box or wrapped in a clear bag to keep them intact. I'm not sure what happened, but some of the Lilly heads were bent over and never had a chance to bloom.

The arrangement was beautiful!! The only thing is that some of the flowers were already wilting, dry, or dead looking upon delivery.

I ordered these for my daughter in law. When she took the initial photo I was not impressed. She sent me another one today and they filled out nicely. I do think 80.00 is kind of crazy but I'm in another state and can't bring them to her. I was a little worried after I saw the ratings for Ava's. She was happy so good job. Forgot the little bow.

Extremely disappointed. The arrangement did not look anything like the one in the picture. Imposible to get answers. I can't even say bad customer service because there was non. Total scam, and false advertising.
