The flowers were very pretty- no complaint there; however, they were delivered to the wrong house and my neighbor had to bring them over. Not sure what the confusion was there. My neighbor said the delivery person claimed I wasn't home at the time they went to deliver, but I was home and no one came to the door or rang the doorbell. I would've preferred a call if there was any confusion. Thank you!

The flowers are great. I was very impressed that the delivery person had the foresight to leave the flowers with my neighbor instead of leaving them on the door step to freeze.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful. But I have a major concern. The many flowers and greens were crammed into a tall vase. It was difficult to view each individual flower in such a crowded arrangement, much less try to add/change water every other day. Early on, I removed the flowers and arranged them in separate vases. They were refreshed and actually appeared happy. It was nice to see the beautiful roses. I love the sunflowers! The lilies are lovely. Thank you for adding a nice variety of flowers that you would grow in your garden.

The flowers were beautiful! My only wish was for it to be in a container that held more water. Because of this, the flowers didn't last very long.

It was a very nice arrangement. The bear was cute.

As the purchaser, I was expecting it to be larger. While, it is beautiful, the display appeared much larger to me. Having said that, my wife was surprised and pleased with the presentation for our 42nd wedding anniversary. So, for overall I will give it a four star.

Not sure how your deliveries are set up but when the flowers arrived they looked as if they sat in a hot car for a long time. Maybe there was no air condition in the delivery car? (The delivery came from a 30 minute drive from me.) The water was completely discolored and dirty. The first thing I did was change the water because it was so bad. The flowers were hot and wilting. They came back to life with air condition and fresh water with exception to a few roses that look a little iffy (but they have not opened yet... maybe they will be fine). The flowers look nice now (except for the couple roses) just thought you would like to know for future. Thank you, Theresa Westphal Sent from my iPhone

Expected a little larger arrangement for extra large.

It's pretty, but was missing the plush bee that was shown in the picture so it must not have been in stock. A little disappointed.

Hi, I'm mom. I bought the flowers for my daughter Evian. I loved the array and the timing and delivery were all lovely. Only thing I wasn't so fond of was the fact that they were wrapped in plastic. It gave it the feeling that a Doordasher grabbed them from a grocery store and simply put them in a plain vase with water. Wasn't a great look. She removed them from the plastic wrap and displayed them proper and of course they looked much better at the luxury apartment building she manages. I am grateful for the speediness and the price though. Thank you

The flowers were very pretty and healthy, not breaking off or damaged. I really liked the box the arrangement is in.

I loved the flowers but the time frame was hours later than what was paid for

The 1st order of flowers that were delivered were wrong The flowers looked nothing like the flowers I asked for Fragrant Fields Basket I was supposed also get a Basket and instead received a vase However after correcting my order, the Basket of flowers I received on my redelivery were just what I ordered and were beautiful I wish you would of got it right the 1st time

Very beautiful flowers, just pricey

Luckily the weather cooperated and I returned home within a few hours after delivery. They were left on my front porch without prior notification to me. It was a very nice arrangement.
