never received flowers from your company

The flower arrangement looked nothing like the one that was ordered it had a lot less roses than it should of had

Sent me an text message saying flowers was delivered. Never received flowers. Called in to speak with someone they stated they would resend out flowers it's gone on 4 days later no flowers.

Didn't arrive in date was to be delivered then 3 days later delivered to neighbor nit my house who didnt tell me they were there then lasted one day. Flowers started to wilt overnight

Absolutely terrible. Flowers placed on my porch with no box or wrapper of any kind in sub zero temperatures. Flower arrangement delivered was entirely ruined. The customer service I received when calling to complain was terrible and unacceptable.

They were left outside Because of severe cold, they were froze solid Less than a one star .

The flowers are beautiful and they came on the 8th and 5 days later they are just as beautiful.

I payed extra to have them delivered before the recipient left for the weekend. They should have been delivered by Noon and they arrived at 3:36 PM so they are still sitting at the office unreceived on the birthday of the recipient. Not a happy customer. Would like a full refun.

They were left on my porch in freezing temperatures so unfortunately they were damaged and were brown. No one knocked and someone was in the house. We found them pretty quickly but it was no use. I think a reimbursement to the people that ordered them would be appropriate.

Horrible at communicating the status of the delivery. Was finally told it would NOT be delivered as planned - no reason provided. I lost my mind as we wanted them for the holiday. They finally were delivered but again no communication that they actually were coming. The flowers and quality were not worth $88.

This must have been a photo taken several days before delivery - the bunch was wilted & I was home to receive the order so they did not sit outside. The roses were already fully opened and one had spots which looked like mold. When I pulled out the bouquet to take the cellophane off water was half gone inside the vase and the stems of the florals were covered in slime. The arrangement looked like it was bought at a grocery store and stuck in a random vase to fulfill a last minute online order. I have no idea what my company paid for this delivery of goods and would recommend they ask for their money back. Pathetic

Delivered to me by MISTAKE. They were supposed to go to a Randy and Kathy. I called your business number and reported this. They said they'd get back to me but didn't.

My delivery arrived damaged, with about half the flowers crushed. This is not the quality we paid for. VERY disappointing!

Flowers were days late. Missed two deadlines. Poor communication. Never using this company again.

I sent a pic of my flowers to Chiquita Harrell who was the sender. She said these are not the flowers she selected & where is the balloon? She is extremely disappointed and got no help cause she ordered online

They were left outside in a thunderstorm. I've had them for three days and they are terribly wilted and turning yellow. I'm very disappointed.

The flowers were gorgeous! Loved the little Happy Birthday sign in the middle very colorful. BUT---you left them outside on my porch on a 85+degree hot day with no wrap around them. No notice that they were there and it was just by chance before I saw them outside.

Was not like the picture at all Was out for delivery on the 16 the delivery date was scheduled for the 18 so the flowers didn't seem freshly made

I want a refund!! You charged me $80 for 6 roses! The picture that I paid for is not was delivered.

I LOVED the flowers, BUT they didn't arrive when they were supposed to! I got a text from the sender Sunday at 7:30 AM asking if I liked the flowers. I went to the front door and found them. But they were ordered for a special occasion which was over!!! I had been outside the night before and would certainly have seen them at my front door. The doorbell was not rung and the flowers were outside all night as the temperature dropped. I called and complained yesterday (Monday) and was told I can get a replacement. I said ok for Tuesday. We'll see if I receive the flowers!

While these certainly look beautiful I am fairly certain you have the wrong person because they were never delivered so reviewing them is impossible

10 days late!!!

Horrible! Didn't arrive on the day of my bday, wasn't an upgrade, the card was typed in an ongoing sentence! If I could give zero stars I would! Do better and do something for ones inconvenience!
