Mostly greens and hardly no flowers very disappointed was NOT worth 96 bucks

My husband showed me what he ordered for over $100 dollars and frankly it didn't come as expected. How little can a large boutique be. Seriously a rip off. My husband is extremely disappointed with everything about this experience with you company. And frankly I am too. My husband made an attempt to be so generous and you let him down. VERY DISAPPOINTED....NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I ORDERED!!! These were for my Daughter in serious condition in the Hospital. Never order from this place again!!!Very SAD....

They weren't how I requested them to be at all. When I first ordered them on the phone, I said I wanted Sunflowers,Roses and a little babies breathe. She recommended the Sunshine Bouquet and said she would note what I wanted and either I guess she never put the note in, Or the designer ignored the note. So it was nothing how I asked and didn't even get a full refund because I paid $97ish for something that was nothing that I asked for. So my experience was horrible and I don't want anyone else to go through this. 👎🏽 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

They were squished and almost dead

The flowers that we ordered for an employee that was retiring arrived in absolute terrible shape. The flowers were drooping and looked like they had been in an overheated van overnight. We chose not to give the flowers to our employee because it would've been such a poor reflection and we ended up going down the street and buying fresh flowers instead.

Worst service ever! Did not receive my money order Your customer service is also terrible! Do not order from here. Use a small business

My bouquet didn't look anywhere close to the bouquet that I purchased. Very disappointing for sympathy flowers and expecting this to be made right.

Flowers seemed so big for the vase that they began falling to the sides of the vase and left the interior bare, therefore flowers died quickly.

They did not look like they advertise picture, they came a day late, and the 5 roses were on the verge of being bloomed out ! Disappointed

Beautiful, fresh and filled the room with their fragrance. The delivery was just set on my porch good thng I saw them.

Extremely disappointed. The arrangement did not look anything like the one in the picture. Imposible to get answers. I can't even say bad customer service because there was non. Total scam, and false advertising.

They are beautiful in the picture, but unfortunately they were never delivered to me! Very disappointed that I did not receive them as a gift from my son for my birthday. So no flowers for me this year. 😞

My daughter sent me a pic of the bouquet she requested, this did not even look like her request. Besides all this my flowers started drooping on the second day! I work at a florist & I feel like she was charged unfairly w flowers that were already dying & for a bouquet that did not match her request. I told her Never to order from you again unless she gets a refund or I get the bouquet she did request from your site.

What was ordered compared to what was delivered was pathetic. I ordered through Teleflora and what showed up to my daughter was so underwhelming that my 5 year old granddaughter could have done better. Totally ruined the birthday surprise!

I appreciate the effort! Unfortunately it was NO where near like the premium description pictured online. The arrangement did not reflect what was sold to me. Not to mention, it was delivered AFTER the scheduled expedited time paid for and my wife did not get the surprise I intended.

My parents never received their flowers. They are 80 years old and by the time the got to the door, the delivery driver had left.
