I was a bit disappointed in the size of the bouquet. I've received flowers from you before and my husband gets flowers for the house from you every couple of weeks and they're great, but this arrangement was disappointing. There were supposed to be frosted pinecones and there's not any. There was only 12 total stems of flowers the rest was filler. The bow was bigger than most of the flowers and hid them. I will probably try once more to see if this was just a fluke due the holiday rush.

I'm the person that ordered the flowers. There was a couple of flowers broken and no balloon. Also your delivery driver had a pajama looking pants down below his ass. Very disrespectful. I did tell and sent a video of your driver to 1-800-flowers.

There were several flowers that had been damaged and fell from the bouquet upon taking them out of the delivery box. The stems on all flowers were not stripped or cleaned which made the water filthy within 24 hours. No small packet of solution prolonging longevity was sent. The roses wilted and had brown spots within at the end of second day. I wasn't feeling well so this was disturbing. My friend sent them to take care of me, did not intend for me to take care of the flowers.

It was late & supposed to be a bigger bouquet according to my boyfriend. It was pretty.

Sadly while the flowers were beautiful, they came in with some already dying and barely lasted.

Original order was delivered to wrong address and did not receive it. The replacement order was 3 days late, but it was beautiful

Flowers are beautiful but dying fast delivered with no water in the vase

It was very crammed into the vase, and started dropping flowers very shortly after we received it. I then needed to transfer it into a larger vase. I didn't feel that there was very much thought put into this arrangement. The colors were pretty though.

Roses dead in 2 days

Nice! Stone fruit (nectarines and mangoes) had some dings but apples, bananas, oranges, and kiwis were good.

My husband ordered the “large” option of this arrangement of flowers and what was actually delivered is incredibly small. While the vase is uniquely shaped it clearly only allows for a certain number flowers. I am very disappointed that he paid $83 for this since what was delivered is not even close to the size of the arrangement it should have been.

My issue is that I still have no idea who sent me flowers!!! And when I've called they can't help me!!! Still waiting on a third party to call me. Crazy

They were just ok. I've gotten so much better looking bouquets from others. Also, the delivery person did not say even one word to me either. I said hi and thank you but not a thing from him. Strange. I don't think I'd ever order from this florist myself.

It wasn't what the sender paid for or ordered and I had to search and find out who sent it because you all forgot to add a name.

Too bad the flowers were left outside my front door - they were basically wilted from being frozen from sitting outside in winter temps/weather & I had no idea they were being delivered. What a waste of my friends money?!?

I was disappointed to receive the flowers and they were not protected from the cold weather. The yellow roses are brown on the tips. Some of the flowers are already drooping.

The arrangement was nice. But the flowers were delivered to my porch in a short, open, cellophane cone insufficient to protect live flowers in cold weather.

these flowers are very pretty. sadly they don't look anything like what my boyfriend ordered for me. he was very sad about it and disappointed.

The rowers were nice when delivered ..tat was Thursday afternoon and it is Saturday morning and half of them are dead and need to be removed.i sure would have liked to enjoy them longer than 11/2days

Pretty.. but they are dying too fast. I trimmed the stems, changed water daily and even had an extra packet to put in water. We didn't get any packets with the delivery. My son was also disappointed because he said they didn't look like what he ordered.

No it was much smaller than what I ordered but she loved it

The flowers were ok. However, they were not delivered on time. The first set that came wasn't packaged well-leaves were on the outside of the vase, the water didn't look fresh, leaves were also inside the water. The second that was delivered, the delivery person did not sit them on the porch well, the base was tipped over and all the water was spilled out. The third set that arrive came packed better, however some of the flowers were dead.

The day my flowers came they were put on my front porch in 30-40mile an hour winds, without any wrapping. When I brought them in the house, some of the leaves were turning black, the flowers were beaten up some of the rose petals started coming off, etc.. The people that sent them are very disappointed but they did say that they are going to send another arrangement… Still waiting. I've gotten flowers from them before that we're fine… Hope this was a one time incident. I will review after the new flowers are delivered to see if we can get that rating back up.
