I left two voicemails, called 3 times, message this company on Facebook (which they read) and didn't respond. I feel bad that whoever paid for these flowers to send condolences for the passing of my dad, got screwed. I would say this is fraudulent and I'll make sure this review is everywhere so people know this company has horrible customer service. I got a call from the driver Friday morning while I was back home for my dad's funeral, she said call the shop to get it re-delivered.I did just that. No one answers the phone, no one returns calls or messages on Facebook. What a crook of a company. They are open everyday and have no excuse to not call me back.

The flowers are beautiful. Next time when you deliver you should text or call saying where you left them. They were outside for awhile before my shipping department found them.

Lovely bouquet! Delivered with care. The delivery person was friendly and respectful. He didn't just ring the doorbell and leave, but waited for me to answer the door and smiled when handing it to me.

It's supposed to be the flowers more bigger than that and it didn't have the card that I bought and they didn't bring it with a balloon that I bought. I'm unsatisfied customer.

The flowers were left outside. It was so cold they were a little damaged, even though they were outside just a short time.

Completely unsatisfied. That bouquet is no where near the bouquet I ordered. Looks like they pulled it out of the trash with all those fake leaves. It was supposed to be sunflowers, red roses, carnations ,little purple and orange flowers. I know this time of year they may not have some flowers. But that is not even close to what I ordered. I wanted to bring a smile to a grieving mother. Very disappointed....

The quality is great. Delivery missed the date and time. It is your standard to call in advance and this delayed delivery. This is a poor process and caused the delivery date to be missed. Deliveries should be done on the date requested before 3PM. Yours missed my anniversary and the next day my wife was out of the office… so it is now two days late. This is a very disappointing result. Calls are for issues. If no issue, delivery should be the standard action.
