My son and his family live in Florida and purchased these for me and I can honestly say these are the best flowers I ever have gotten!! They are beautiful!!! I will now order from here for my family & friends!!

Carrier wouldn't leave flowers at the home as it was snowing, was kind enough to bring them to the job site but our employee had left for the day and isn't returning until Tuesday so she wont get them. They were supposed to be delivered Tues when she was at home all day. They smelled like cigarettes when they arrived. Flowers def not as pictured on FTD, some looked wilted. Overall so disappointed.

They never got to me. You said you couldn't deliver them because my street is under construction… Which it is not. Very odd all the way around. Too bad I didn't get them.. They look like they would've been pretty.

The flowers were not as expected. Some were dead and the arrangements appeared as if they were not done with care. My suggestion would be to take more time to ensure that the customer is getting as close to what it looked like on the internet. Unfortunately I probably would not patronize your business again.

Too bad the flowers were left outside my front door - they were basically wilted from being frozen from sitting outside in winter temps/weather & I had no idea they were being delivered. What a waste of my friends money?!?

Awful, I never signed for the flowers. They were dead and brown.
