Horrible at communicating the status of the delivery. Was finally told it would NOT be delivered as planned - no reason provided. I lost my mind as we wanted them for the holiday. They finally were delivered but again no communication that they actually were coming. The flowers and quality were not worth $88.

The flowers were beautiful! My only wish was for it to be in a container that held more water. Because of this, the flowers didn't last very long.

This must have been a photo taken several days before delivery - the bunch was wilted & I was home to receive the order so they did not sit outside. The roses were already fully opened and one had spots which looked like mold. When I pulled out the bouquet to take the cellophane off water was half gone inside the vase and the stems of the florals were covered in slime. The arrangement looked like it was bought at a grocery store and stuck in a random vase to fulfill a last minute online order. I have no idea what my company paid for this delivery of goods and would recommend they ask for their money back. Pathetic

I'm the person that ordered the flowers. There was a couple of flowers broken and no balloon. Also your delivery driver had a pajama looking pants down below his ass. Very disrespectful. I did tell and sent a video of your driver to 1-800-flowers.

I always look forward to receiving something from this florist. Top notch all the way.

Delivered to me by MISTAKE. They were supposed to go to a Randy and Kathy. I called your business number and reported this. They said they'd get back to me but didn't.

There were several flowers that had been damaged and fell from the bouquet upon taking them out of the delivery box. The stems on all flowers were not stripped or cleaned which made the water filthy within 24 hours. No small packet of solution prolonging longevity was sent. The roses wilted and had brown spots within at the end of second day. I wasn't feeling well so this was disturbing. My friend sent them to take care of me, did not intend for me to take care of the flowers.

My out of town family started using this flower shop a year or two ago. The flowers and arrangements are always vibrant and beautiful. My only concern was that the temperature was in the teens with snow showers and wind gusts of 40-45 mph. While I did receive a text message stating I had a delivery waiting and could the flowers be left on the front porch, I didn't see the message until an hour later as no other be was home at the time. I immediately texted asking if the flowers were left outside and the reply was yes. I contacted my neighbors who rescued the flowers but the only wrap on them was covering the glass vase. The flowers were totally exposed to the snow showers and high winds! Very disappointed that there was no wrapping to protect them knowing how cold and windy it was. A heavy paper bag, garbage bag, bubble wrap probably wouldn't be enough in weather like that but far more appropriate. If there was any clear cellophane over them it must've blown off immediately. I would think there would be additional thought and accommodations put into place before leaving a glass vase half filled with water and exposed flowers on an open porch with snow showers, temps in the teens and wind gusts in excess of 40 mph. I can't believe this just happened to my flowers! Plus they never said the flowers were left as I had to text and ask if they indeed left them on my porch to which I got a reply of yes. I had to text my neighbors and ask them to bundle up and go rescue the arrangement. We were all shocked to see the flowers totally exposed. I have lost a few tea roses and the sunflowers are hanging. A little preparedness and communication in the sharp Wisconsin weather would have made a huge difference in this review. The flowers are always lovely but not having a delivery game plan and additional packaging before leaving a flower arrangement totally exposed in the elements was shocking!

What a wonderful surprise to return home and find beautiful flowers inside my front door. The arrangement is colorful and the flowers were perfect! I received many compliments on them at our Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you!
