My deployed fiance sent me these and he payed extra to have them arrive on my birthday. they arrived 4 days after the day he payed for them to arrive. customer service was OK, they gave him a partial refund however this was extremely disappointing.

Some of the flowers were already done blooming and falling off. They just overall looked like old flowers. They didn't look fresh at all and weren't arranged that great.
