Product - L6-X-P Ordered through Avas Flowers thinking I was directly supporting a local business. Next time I'll order straight with DBG Flowers. Arrangement was beautiful and flowers were fresh while the color pallet was very tasteful and true to "pastel." Only complaint was having ordered the "Large" option and paid a bit of a premium compared to the standard size, I was expecting maybe a little more flowers or an overall larger bouquet than what I received. Regardless, the recipient loved them and that's all that matters.

Flowers arrived damaged and dying.

What was ordered compared to what was delivered was pathetic. I ordered through Teleflora and what showed up to my daughter was so underwhelming that my 5 year old granddaughter could have done better. Totally ruined the birthday surprise!

Beautiful flowers, I'm not a big fan of carnations and there was no place on the order to indicate preferences.

The flowers are very pretty. They were delivered on Monday and they still look nice today which is Saturday. However, I was disappointed that the white roses failed to open up. I even refreshed the water and cut the stems but none of them opened. I would have given a 5 star rating if the roses would done their thing.

For $90 I expected a bit more flowers and a bigger balloon. Also paid extra for expedited shipping and order was delivered late.

You guys forgot 2 roses in the mix. I tried calling you guys back and someone said that they would call me back and never did. It was an expensive arrangement and forgetting 2 of the bunch is not acceptable
