Paid for expedited shipping and it was supposed to be delivered before 12 and didn't arrive until after 2. Was supposed to come with a large box of chocolates and didn't receive those either

Bouquet was beautiful! Did not appreciate the fact that they were left exposed to the elements on our front porch. Not wrapped or enclosed for protection. Found them @ 10:30 pm upon returning home.
