Horrible service

The flowers were okay but yellow roses are already drooping. Disappointed! They do not look like the flowers that were suppose to be sent. maybe you should send replacement flowers on Monday 10/6/25 afternoon

These arrived on a Thurs afternoon I was home, but the only indication I received was a text message that they had arrived (they were an unexpected gift). They came in a basic vase but we're beautiful nonetheless. I messaged the friends that sent them and they were surprised at the size of the bouquet considering what they had paid for them. My friend contacted the florist and was told that someone would be contacting me to come and exchange the arrangement for a new one that better suited my friends's expectations (for the money spent). By Monday I still had not heard from the florist so I contacted my friend to let them know. They contacted the forest again and was told they would receive a call back, but never did. I kept receiving messages from them to leave a review, but did not want to leave a poor review if they were going to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, they did not so here is my review. The flowers were beautiful, but did not meet expectations of the person that sent them and with multiple attempts to try to let the florist make it right, nothing was done and tales were told. The bouquet lasted about a week, but started wilting and losing leaves after 4 to 5 days

Lot less flowers then in the pic. Was asked to hold off my order until next day when fresh flowers would be in but some flowers were wilted and dead. Spent $88 in total for this. Very disapointed

No it didn't look like that the driver thrown the flowers down on the porch the eyes was off 1-800 flowers will be sending a replacement …

My fiance ordered one order of flowers and you sent two and charged her for two. Will never order anything from you again.

The arrangement was nothing like my granddaughter ordered. They looked horrible. My star rating is Not one Star!

The first set of flowers I received. The roses were broken from the stems. Along with the other flowers they were wilted over.

Delivery took 8 hours to a local school?! You received my last order - what a disappointment!

All the roses lost their petals by the morning. It was a shame

I ordered this bouquet for my friend's birthday. It arrived looking NOTHING like the picture on the website! They picked the cheapest flowers they could find and threw them together in a vase! I could have bought a better arrangement at the grocery store!

Hello, no I didn't like my flower order from you guys. Although the arrangement was nice, I solely picked this order arrangement for the Vase! And when the Hummingbirds were not on my Vase I was Totally Disappointed, it's unbelievable how you all think that this was acceptable, it was enough that the order came the next day when I ordered it before 2:00 pm,as requested for same day delivery. Thumbs down to you guys

No, they were a day late. They were supposed to be there on FEB 4.

My flowers in no way look like the above picture and were to be delivered toy job while I was there. My husband had to drive to my job and get them and bring them home to surprise me.

We never received them

I just got a text about flowers. I went to my porch to find some really frozen flowers.

The photo is not a picture of my house and no one has delivered these flowers. Now I've been told they will be here today by noon. It's now 1 o'clock and they are still not here.

The flower arrangement was of poor quality and looked nothing like the sender sent me a picture of. Many of the flowers were replaced with cheap flower buds/ sunflowers which is no way comparable to what the sender ordered. The greenery was very dominant in the arrangement. I would love to share the picture of what I was expecting.

Flowers were ordered 2 days ahead of delivery time flowers were not delivered on time so we're canceled

I was very disappointed with your service and flowers… first it was my wife's bday and the flowers were supposed to be a surprise. I wanted the flowers to be delivered by noon and u showed up after 5pm. We had to leave the house so I was forced to tell her because I didn't know if u were still gonna be delivering them. The flowers were not what I ordered… I expected bright yellow and pink which are my wife's favorite colors and instead got purple and white. Very disappointed with the overall experience and will take my business somewhere else in the future.
