Hi. I ordered the flowers for Ruth, my mother-in-law to be and I was disappointed. They looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. I ordered the same arrangement for my mother in Tennessee and they looked like the arrangement ordered. I spent a lot of money and the value was awful. 😞

The flowers were beautiful when I received them, just as the picture above, but within two days the white Hydrangeas were already wiltin

Beautiful arrangement. However, I would not leave any arrangement on someone's porch, especially uncovered.

These flowers that we sent aren't even close to what I ordered. Really disappointed when I saw what was sent. What a mistake.

I will be honest, I feel bad writing a bad review, but these flowers did not look anything like what I ordered online. I ordered a bouquet with soft pastel colors, roses and Lillies, and our bouquet had nothing but cheap flowers and carnations in it. The colors were vivid, orange and purple. Nothing like what I ordered. I was pretty disappointed.

Did not receive what I ordered.

Flowers arrived damaged. The driver handed them to me, not wrapped or secured in a box. It was apparent that they fell over in the truck and were damaged. I had to ask for replacement.

NEVER RECEIVED ANY FLOWERS FOR MY BIRTHDAY !!!!!! PLEASE REFUND ALL MONIES DUE TO PURCHASER !!

Paid for expedited shipping and it was supposed to be delivered before 12 and didn't arrive until after 2. Was supposed to come with a large box of chocolates and didn't receive those either

We never received the flowers! I think they were delivered to the wrong place.

The bouquet was nothing like what my husband ordered on the picture. Told him not to order from here again.

The design was beautiful but the flowers were frost bitten. They were delivered without any covering.

Horrible service

The flowers were okay but yellow roses are already drooping. Disappointed! They do not look like the flowers that were suppose to be sent. maybe you should send replacement flowers on Monday 10/6/25 afternoon

These arrived on a Thurs afternoon I was home, but the only indication I received was a text message that they had arrived (they were an unexpected gift). They came in a basic vase but we're beautiful nonetheless. I messaged the friends that sent them and they were surprised at the size of the bouquet considering what they had paid for them. My friend contacted the florist and was told that someone would be contacting me to come and exchange the arrangement for a new one that better suited my friends's expectations (for the money spent). By Monday I still had not heard from the florist so I contacted my friend to let them know. They contacted the forest again and was told they would receive a call back, but never did. I kept receiving messages from them to leave a review, but did not want to leave a poor review if they were going to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, they did not so here is my review. The flowers were beautiful, but did not meet expectations of the person that sent them and with multiple attempts to try to let the florist make it right, nothing was done and tales were told. The bouquet lasted about a week, but started wilting and losing leaves after 4 to 5 days

Lot less flowers then in the pic. Was asked to hold off my order until next day when fresh flowers would be in but some flowers were wilted and dead. Spent $88 in total for this. Very disapointed

No it didn't look like that the driver thrown the flowers down on the porch the eyes was off 1-800 flowers will be sending a replacement …

My fiance ordered one order of flowers and you sent two and charged her for two. Will never order anything from you again.

The arrangement was nothing like my granddaughter ordered. They looked horrible. My star rating is Not one Star!
