Detroit Flower Delivery, Madison Heights, MI - Customer Flower Reviews

The delivery never arrived. I'd like to know how i go about getting a refund. Please let me know if there's a customer service number and who i need to talk to in regards to get my refund. Forward this information as soon as possible.

Flowers were beautiful unfortunately, the customer service, not so much

The flowers were as described. Delivery same day. That's about the only 2 good things I can say. My issue is the $28.94 service fee. I won't be ordering again from this shop. Im not Reta, Im her mother. The flowers were sent to Reta, I am the one that placed this order.

The person that delivered them Did not even let me know that the Flowers were outside in the SUN There was NO protection around the Glass Vase.

Love the flowers but hated the delivery.driver left flowers on the sidewalk and we were home just doing stuff inside the house.very unprofessional don't know if I will buy from you again

Sadly, the flowers arrived a bit beat up. I took a picture.

Not satisfied they wet not very full at all my sister is not In good health and I thought these flowers would be nice. They could have had more flowers.

The bouquet was not as pictured, but the local florist made it right.

They were left in the foyer, which is very cold at my work. Luckily, somebody did eventually see them and brought them inside, but they were half wilted, and the roses are basically dying.

Arrived beautiful and Lov the bday vase! Very disappointed on how long they lasted….i have a dozen white roses bought 3 weeks ago that are doing better 😢

They were beautiful but they are not what my friend ordered from the picture she showed me. It was supposed to also have a succulent, which is the reason she sent it for my 60th. Disappointed

They weren't as pretty as the picture. For a huge bouquet, they were placed in small vase causing them to die quickly.

Unfortunately this is not what arrangement looked like when it was delivered. The longer stems on the sides were bent from the wrapping. Flowers didn't seem that fresh, petals were dropping after 2-3 days. I'm not sharing this with sender, so much appreciated receiving flowers.

Never got my flowers order said delivered but wasn't ultimately had my money refunded; the experience made me uncomfortable with waiting on another order that may not arrive! Extremely disappointed wanted my flowers was a gift to myself to celebrate there memory of my mother 01.18.2014

The flowers were beautiful but I wasn't that happy with my order. I ordered the medium size and in the photo online there is a lot more flowers and it's more full. The flowers that were sent looked like they were missing half of the flowers that were meant to be in the bundle. To me it looks like a small when they were meant to be medium. Keep in mind with shipping and the cost of the medium bundle my total was $75 and that was with a coupon so it's pretty pricey. I sent an email regarding this issue hoping for some kind of compensation but didn't hear back from the company.

The arrangement had no oasis to keep the flowers watered. The flower stems were cut so short they were not getting water. When attempting to put more water in the container, all the flowers were falling out. They started to wilt and the berries dried up. I put the flowers in another container in hopes they would get more water and perk up. All that was needed was foam oasis, skipping that step caused the roses to wilt, the white button mums to turn brown and dried up the berries. Very unfortunate as the container is super cute.

They delivered the wrong flowers, my daughter said she didnt ordered these.

It was supposed to be in clear glass vase, not red. Clashes with the flowers. I sent them to Rita and paid for them, not Rita.

Beautiful flowers but nothing like the picture of what they were supposed to be.

I was very disappointed in what was received as opposed to what was ordered from the online photo.

I bought the premium bouquet hoping it would be full and have more than 3 sunflowers in it, because the basic had only 3. Disappointed because I paid $90 for this order and it wasn't what I hoped at all.

The picture does not look at all like the flowers we picked on 1800 flowers. We did not want a bouquet wrapped in plastic and placed in a vase. We wanted an arrangement, this looks very unprofessional.

Cheep looking!!!!! I could buy the same thing at the grocery store!
