Very cute but why do you use flowers that are wilted like the yellow ones? That was the first thing my daughter noticed the three smaller yellow flowers wilted.

I received the floral arrangement in your photo on July 11, 2025 as a gift from my sister, Patricia Hewes. The flowers are lovely with the exception of 5 dead and drooping sunflowers and 2 of them shriveled up. There is no reviving those. Taking those out of the arrangement left it looking skimpy and I had to rearrange the flowers to make it look full again. It appears that one sunflower that is visible in the photo is limp even before delivery. Your delivery person was very professional when he arrived. I have photos after delivery which I emailed to you on July 11th. I cannot see where to attach them here.

It is a lovely bouquet; however, only one of the eight lilies has opened. They all have a light brown tint to the petals, almost like they were burned from the heat. The roses are still very tight as well. They were delivered right to me, so they were not left outside or anything. It was a hot day, and maybe the truck was too hot? Not sure, but it's unfortunate that the "giver" paid so much, and they are not nearly as beautiful as they should/could have been.

Flowers were beautiful however within 24 hours the water was slimy and had to be changed, by Wednesday they started drooping and by today they're about ready to be thrown away

The flowers were fresh and lovely but... They were left on my porch which we don't use much. A call or text would have been helpful to say they were delivered. They sat on the porch in the sun for at least 3 hours before we got home.

Arrangement was beautiful but they were left on porch with nobody home and the weather didn't cooperate.

I arrived home to see my flower package on front porch. IN FULL SUN! I immediately brought in and poured fresh water in vase noticing some wilting had happened and surprised pkg included box of chocolate which I placed in refrigerator immediately. Last night i opened chocolates to find melted and and all stuck to psper topping. So dissapointing as the flowers are gorgeous inspite of some wilting but chocolates wasted. Follow Up Review : The flowers have definitely bounced back and are gorgeous. Love them! 5 Stars

Very nice arrangement however most of the flower buds never opened ( they are yellow with purple stamen on the few that opened).

They were beautiful but after 2 days they started to die.

Beautiful flowers just didn't last long, 4 days.

The arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered, and there were a lot less roses in the arrangement than what was advertised.

There were several issues. Order was left on the floor of the lobby not brought up as promised and expected. Luckily a neighbor saw and brought it up for me before the base tipped over. No one even contacted me to let me know that it arrived (they had my phone). Not enough carnations no link ones as requested in addition to red ones so the bouquet looks very different.I got the original photo of how the bouquet 💐 was supposed to look. Still really enjoying it. 3.8 stars

The flowers are absolutely beautiful! I did not know they had arrived. Would have appreciated a knock on the door. I don't know how long they were sitting on the porch in the freezing temperature!

Had a lot of big leaves as fillers. Roses are already dropping petals. I don't know what my daughter paid for this bouquet but I don't feel this was up to her standard of quality. Chocolates were beginning to turn white.

It took three days to get my flowers, and by the time I finally got them, they didn't look anything like the photo attached.

The delivery person rang the bell and immediately left. He left my flowers on the ground by the door in cold temperature.

I was happy with the fowers. However, I received notification that the flowers were delivered about one hour before they were actually delivered. I searched the neighborhood surrounding residents looking for them. I called 1800 flowers to see if they knew the status. The delivery message time stamped at 655pm. Delivery didn't occur until after 8pm.

Gorgeous arrangement! However, fresh-cut flowers did not last 5 days before showing signs of drying out.

Overall the flowers were ok, but one particular flower, and there were three or four of them, was already wilted and fell apart. Plus, there was no box for the vase and the arrangement was merely placed in the center of my porch.

They were very average.

The arrangement is beautiful, however after just a few days, the roses and purple flowers are both drooping. I've put water in the glass vessel as instructed, but the flowers are looking sad 😢. Also, the sender said she ordered lavender, but the purple flowers in the arrangement look and smell nothing like lavender.
