This was the worst, rude, & unprofessional experience! I lost my dog & in my aunt who lives out of town sent me flowers. I got a text that they were coming while at work and never received them… I called the next day, left a voicemail and then spoke with Ava who she said that it shows they were delivered, it's winter out so she said they would have handed them to someone..yet THEN she said it showed a picture of a white GARAGE! Makes no sense! She then said she would contact the delivery driver and get back to me that day!… never received a call and when I called back, it went to voicemail! I left another voicemail & still no call back! I contacted all of my surrounding neighbors & they were not delivered to anyone else! I'm still getting txts to review a purchase I NEVER RECEIVED!!! Made the grief I'm already going through even worse! Would NEVER recommend this place!

Never received order

Flowers were left on the porch in the cold and completely wilted. I called- supposed to resend another vase today

Flowers arrived looking lovely for about 12 hours. I realize that my arrangement needed watering, which i did. It was beautiful but I could not use it as planned. I had already thanked the sender and did not/do not want them to know my unhappiness.

Very disappointing. I did not receive the arrangement that was chosen and paid for by the sender The purchaser provided a picture of what was ordered. That was not what I received.

They were broken, some were dead, brown and they looked horrible

My flowers delivery was good! However my flowers had absolutely no life to them! They died within a day! They did not bloom or anything! We paid good money for dead flowers and it was a birthday gift!

Unable to reach a person twice to reschedule my delivery. Third time, I spoke to someone who said it would be delivered yesterday. Didn't happen. i don't appreciate the extra stress as this is a bereavement bouquet. Your service is horrible.

NEVER RECEIVED FLOWERS! Avas was horrible. It was my birthday and i spent 6 hours of it trying to track them down after avas called to verify address. Gave them correct address but flowers never ever showed up and avas would not tell me anything! I had no idea who sent them. Worst birthday ever! Whoever sent them to me better get a FULL REFUND! Thank you for sharing a picture of them tho because i was curious what they looked like!!

I would not recommend at all the flowers arrived late

The arrangement was beautiful, and the delivery was professional

It was not great when I got home and they were on the front porch tipped over and frozen to the front porch. I had to throw out half the flowers because they got frozen to the porch.

Rose petals started falling off the same night and the alstroemeria and stock petals were falling by the second day. Nothing even opened. The water was changed daily too. Everything was dead by Tuesday and making a mess on my floor. I tossed it. Sad because i received 2 arrangements from different florist the day prior and they're both still absolutely stunning.

Flowers did not last more than a day. Even upon delivery they didn't look great (sunflowers). Definite waste of money for the sender.

I tried to call yesterday 4 times left a message. Never received a call back. I didn't even have the flowers 24 hrs and they are dying, very disappointed.

Where were they delivered? The recipient did not get them

Flowers were not as pictured. Very disappointed with what I purchased. I upgraded to most expensive arrangement and looks like I was given the standard bouquet.
