I received the floral arrangement in your photo on July 11, 2025 as a gift from my sister, Patricia Hewes. The flowers are lovely with the exception of 5 dead and drooping sunflowers and 2 of them shriveled up. There is no reviving those. Taking those out of the arrangement left it looking skimpy and I had to rearrange the flowers to make it look full again. It appears that one sunflower that is visible in the photo is limp even before delivery. Your delivery person was very professional when he arrived. I have photos after delivery which I emailed to you on July 11th. I cannot see where to attach them here.

It is a lovely bouquet; however, only one of the eight lilies has opened. They all have a light brown tint to the petals, almost like they were burned from the heat. The roses are still very tight as well. They were delivered right to me, so they were not left outside or anything. It was a hot day, and maybe the truck was too hot? Not sure, but it's unfortunate that the "giver" paid so much, and they are not nearly as beautiful as they should/could have been.

it was a real cute arrangement, but there was quite a few yellow wilted flowers. The other flowers look good.
