They are beautiful

I was very disappointed with your service and flowers… first it was my wife's bday and the flowers were supposed to be a surprise. I wanted the flowers to be delivered by noon and u showed up after 5pm. We had to leave the house so I was forced to tell her because I didn't know if u were still gonna be delivering them. The flowers were not what I ordered… I expected bright yellow and pink which are my wife's favorite colors and instead got purple and white. Very disappointed with the overall experience and will take my business somewhere else in the future.

This was the worst, rude, & unprofessional experience! I lost my dog & in my aunt who lives out of town sent me flowers. I got a text that they were coming while at work and never received them… I called the next day, left a voicemail and then spoke with Ava who she said that it shows they were delivered, it's winter out so she said they would have handed them to someone..yet THEN she said it showed a picture of a white GARAGE! Makes no sense! She then said she would contact the delivery driver and get back to me that day!… never received a call and when I called back, it went to voicemail! I left another voicemail & still no call back! I contacted all of my surrounding neighbors & they were not delivered to anyone else! I'm still getting txts to review a purchase I NEVER RECEIVED!!! Made the grief I'm already going through even worse! Would NEVER recommend this place!

They were fair. They did not look like that picture when I received them. They appeared a bit lifeless.

Never received order

The (surprise) arrangement that I received is so beautiful & smells wonderful. The delivery person was friendly & professional. (He did kind of chuckle, when I opened the door & saw the arrangement & said "Oh my God!") The only thing, there should have been a "how to care for your arrangement" card.Other then that, just love my flowers.

I dont think my original note that the delivery should be in the afternoon was received, but the company was very kind in making sure to go back to the house and called me to let me know what was going on. The flowers were also beautifully arranged. Would recommend!

The delivery driver kindly called me to ensure I would be home for the delivery and gave me an estimated time he would be there. Very good service.
