I was happy with the fowers. However, I received notification that the flowers were delivered about one hour before they were actually delivered. I searched the neighborhood surrounding residents looking for them. I called 1800 flowers to see if they knew the status. The delivery message time stamped at 655pm. Delivery didn't occur until after 8pm.

Gorgeous arrangement! However, fresh-cut flowers did not last 5 days before showing signs of drying out.

Overall the flowers were ok, but one particular flower, and there were three or four of them, was already wilted and fell apart. Plus, there was no box for the vase and the arrangement was merely placed in the center of my porch.

They were very average.

The arrangement is beautiful, however after just a few days, the roses and purple flowers are both drooping. I've put water in the glass vessel as instructed, but the flowers are looking sad 😢. Also, the sender said she ordered lavender, but the purple flowers in the arrangement look and smell nothing like lavender.

The flowers were beautiful for the most part. The sunflowers were really droopy. I also didn't appreciate getting aggressively hit on by the delivery driver

Hi! While the flowers arrived in great shape and looked similar to the arrangement pictured above, they did not match the advertised photo of what was ordered. In the ad, the flowers pictured were in full bloom. I'm hoping they'll bloom quickly and end up looking just as beautiful as the advertised photo. I'll have to ask my friend for an update, as they were gifted to her.

Very pretty, but not the greatest I've received.

The flowers were very pretty but I'm not sure why you charged me $24.00 for processing and I used the code for free delivery and was still charged for having it delivered. Happy with the flowers not happy with the service.

A little confusion with delivery. Told they were on porch. They were not. Husband went to neighbors incase they were delivered there instead. Arrived about 45 minutes later.

Beautifully arranged but could have been fresh.

Flowers were beautiful. The cardboard box that was holding them was waterlogged. The box of chocolates that came with the flowers was wet and slimy. I was not able to enjoy them.

While they were pretty, I was shown the picture of what I was supposed to receive and it is not even close nor worth what she paid for them unfortunately

Pretty but not what she ordered apparently. Despite following directions, don't seem to be very hardy. Seem to be wilting quickly.

The arrangement was very attractive…a nice mix of color and texture. Unfortunately, they were not all fresh flowers and some blooms were losing petals and looking droopy on the first evening. It was surprising when they arrived that the water in the vase was noticeably murky. I have been pulling out the wilted flowers daily.

The arrangement is beautiful however the person who ordered the flowers for me was extremely disappointed when I texted her a pic because she ordered a bouquet of succulents. Not roses and lilies.

As much as my daughter loved the arrangement I sent her, she didn't know that was supposed to be the largest arrangement, but the pic she sent me looked like the basic arrangement. I have to say that I was disappointed with what I paid for and what she received. I will close with yes, it was beautiful, just not the volume of flowers I paid for.

While the flowers are beautiful, I was surprised that they were crammed into a very small vase and they had not been arranged. The person who sent them to me was disappointed with the picture I took of them upon arrival. So I put them in a much bigger vase that I had and then nicely arranged them myself. I then took another picture and the sender was much more pleased.
