Beautiful arrangement.

This arrangement was fine. Flowers were healthy. It's a 4 star traditional arrangement. The white mums were sparse. Very plain looking plastic base stubby stems with no room to re-cut and extend past Christmas season. Only one variety of cedar. Very bland and one-note as far as design but expertly arranged. Delivery person was delightful and courteous and very understanding.

I've received flowers from them several times. They're always so beautiful and delivered with care. I even received pictures of the delivery letting me know it arrived safely.

The flowers were beautiful but I wasn't that happy with my order. I ordered the medium size and in the photo online there is a lot more flowers and it's more full. The flowers that were sent looked like they were missing half of the flowers that were meant to be in the bundle. To me it looks like a small when they were meant to be medium. Keep in mind with shipping and the cost of the medium bundle my total was $75 and that was with a coupon so it's pretty pricey. I sent an email regarding this issue hoping for some kind of compensation but didn't hear back from the company.

The flowers I received were absolutely beautiful. There were a birthday surprise from my friend. The roses are so full and vibrant. I highly recommend this florist.

My flowers delivery was good! However my flowers had absolutely no life to them! They died within a day! They did not bloom or anything! We paid good money for dead flowers and it was a birthday gift!

I was happy with the fowers. However, I received notification that the flowers were delivered about one hour before they were actually delivered. I searched the neighborhood surrounding residents looking for them. I called 1800 flowers to see if they knew the status. The delivery message time stamped at 655pm. Delivery didn't occur until after 8pm.

The arrangement had no oasis to keep the flowers watered. The flower stems were cut so short they were not getting water. When attempting to put more water in the container, all the flowers were falling out. They started to wilt and the berries dried up. I put the flowers in another container in hopes they would get more water and perk up. All that was needed was foam oasis, skipping that step caused the roses to wilt, the white button mums to turn brown and dried up the berries. Very unfortunate as the container is super cute.
