The vase of white roses are beautiful! They were packaged and delivered with care. However, we don't know who sent them. No name included. I called the number that is included they said that this was from a third party and no name was included. I think that you should have investigated this before delivering. Please do that and let me know who sent it! Thank you!

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the orange flowers were wilting. Otherwise beautiful arrangement!

The flowers were very pretty but I'm not sure why you charged me $24.00 for processing and I used the code for free delivery and was still charged for having it delivered. Happy with the flowers not happy with the service.
